ད། །མངལ་གནས་ལྕགས་ཁྱིམ་སྒོ་འཕར་སྤངས་ལྟའི་ནང༌། །མ་རིག་རྣམ་ཤེས་ཁུ་ཁྲག་དབུས་ན་བརྟེན། །ཞེས་མངལ་གྱི་རང་བཞིན་ནི་འདམ་རྫབ་ལྟ་བུ་ཀུན་ནས་དྲི་ང་བ། ཡངས་པར་མི་མངོན་ལ། སྒོ་གླེགས་མེད་པའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཁྱིམ་ལྟ་བུའི་ནང་དུ། སྔོན་རོལ་པ་ཤས་ཆེ་བའི་བར་མ་དོའི་དྲི་ཟ་ཉེ་བར་འཇུག་པའི་རྣམ་ཤེས་རིག་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་རླུང་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཆས་ཁུར་ནས་ཕ་མའི་ཁུ་ཁྲག་གི་དབུས་ན་གནས་པའི་ཚུལ། མེར་མེར་ནུར་ནུར་ལྟར་ལྟར་མཁྲང་གོར་ཉ། །རུས་སྦལ་བཞིན་ཏེ་བདུན་ཕྲག་བདུན་རྩ་དྲུག །གནས་འགྱུར་ཡིད་མི་འོང་བའི་རྣམ་པ་ལ། །དབང་པོ་ཡན་ལག་བ་སྤུ་ལ་སོགས་འགྲུབ། །བདུན་ཕྲག་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་བདུན་གྲངས་རྙེད་ཚེ། །བརྟས་དང་ཆེར་ བསྐྱེད་གཡོ་ཞིང་ཚོར་བས་གདུངས། །མ་ཡིས་སྤྱོད་ལམ་བཀྲེས་སྐོམ་ཚ་གྲང་གིས། །རྣམ་འགྱུར་ལས་བྱུང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད། །བཙའ་བའི་དུས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་འགྲོ་དེ་ཡི་ལུས། །བཟོད་དཀའི་བསྡུས་འཇོམས་ཁུར་དུ་འཕོས་པ་ལྟའི། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཉེ་བར་ལེན་པས་མཐོ་བཙམས་ནས། །མ་བུ་གཉིས་ཀ་མོད་ལ་སྲོག་འདོར་རམ། །ཅིག་ཤོས་གནོད་པ་བདོ་བའི་ཁུར་གྱིས་བཙའ། །མངལ་གནས་རློན་པས་དཀྲིས་ཤིང་དྲི་ང་བ། །སྲན་མི་བཟོད་པ་ཤ་རྨེན་ཞིག་པ་ལྟས། །སྔོན་གྱི་དྲན་པའི་སྟོབས་རྣམས་ཉམས་བྱས་ཤིང༌། །རེག་པའི་གནོད་པས་གཟིར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང༌། ཞུགས་པའི་བདུན་ཕྲག་དང་པོ་ནི་མེར་མེར་གྱུ་གྱུ་བ་དངུལ་ཆུའི་རྣམ་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །གཉིས་པ་ནུར་ནུར་པོ་བལ་སྣབས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །གསུམ་པར་ལྟར་ལྟར་པོ་མཛུབ་མོའི་རྣམ་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །བཞི་པར་མཁྲང་གྱུར་སྒོ་ངའི་རྣམ་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །ལྔ་པ་གོར་གོར་པོ་ཁུར་བའི་རྣམ་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །དྲུག་པར་ཁྱབ་འཇུག་ཉའི་རྣམ་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །བདུན་པར་རུས་སྦལ་ལྟར་མགོ་དང་རྐང་ལག་ཅུང་ཟད་མངོན་པའོ། །དེ་ནས་བདུན་ཕྲག་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་དྲུག་གི་བར་དུ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཡན་ལག་དང༌། སོར་མོ་དང༌། ནང་གི་དོན་ལྔ་སྣོད་དྲུག་དང༌། མིག་ལ་ སོགས་དབང་པོའི་རྟེན་དང༌། རྩ་དང་རླུང་དང༌། ཁམས་དྭངས་མ་དང༌། ཁྲག་དང༌། ཆུ་སེར་དང༌། བ་སྤུ་དང༌། སྦ་དང༌། ཕོ་མོའི་དབང་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་བར་གྱིས་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་རྫོགས་པར་བྱེད་ཅིང༌། ཁམས་ཀྱི་ཟས་ནི་འདོད་པ་ན་སྤྱོད་པའི་ལྷ་ལྟར་ཕྲ་བ་དྭངས་མའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་སྤྱོད་པས་གཤང་གཅིའང་མེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་བདུན་ཕྲག་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་གི་བར་དུ་ལུས་ཟུངས་ཉམས་བརྟས་པར་བྱེད་དེ་མའི་ཟས་སྐོམ་གྱི་དྭངས་མས་བུའི་བཟའ་བཏུང་གི་བྱ་བ་བྱེད་ཅིང༌།

ད། 胎居铁室门扉弃置中，无明心识精血中央住。如是胎之自性如泥泞，一切皆臭不可见其广。于无门扉之铁室中，多为先来中阴之寻香，趋近之无明心识非是识，负荷风心之物于父母精血中央安住之相。如凝乳状，如黏液状，如指状，如硬状，如球状。如龟状，如是七十六个七日中，居处变异不悦意之相中，根肢毛发等成就。三十七个七日之数得之时，增长且大，动摇且为感觉所苦。母之行止，饥渴冷热所致，变异所生痛苦不可量。临产时之随后，彼之身，忍难之收摄重担转移般，痛苦趋近而至极点，母子二者俱死亦或存。一者损害增盛以重担而产。胎居湿气所缠且臭秽，无法忍受如肉瘤坏烂般，先前记忆之力皆已衰退，为触之损害所恼而受诸苦。入胎之第一周如凝乳般蠕动，如水银之相。第二周如黏液般黏稠，如棉絮之相。第三周如指状般。第四周变硬如蛋状。第五周如球状般。第六周如遍入鱼之相。第七周如龟状，头与手足稍显现。其后至二十六周之间，身体之肢体，手指，内之五脏六腑，眼等诸根之所依，脉与气，精微之界，血，血清，毛发，胆，男女之根等之间，生处圆满。界之食乃如欲乐时享用之天般，微细清净之自性而享用故，无有大小便。其后至三十六周之间，身体之精华衰损增长，以母之饮食精华作为子之饮食之事。

DA. In the iron house of the womb, with its doors abandoned, the ignorant consciousness dwells in the center of sperm and blood. Thus, the nature of the womb is like mud, foul-smelling in every way, and its vastness is unseen. Within the iron house without doors, the consciousness, mostly of the pre-existing intermediate state, approaches, carrying the burden of wind and mind, and abides in the center of the parents' sperm and blood. Like curdling, like mucus, like a finger, like hardening, like a ball. Like a turtle, in these seventy-six weeks, in the unpleasant state of changing abodes, organs, limbs, hair, and so forth are accomplished. When the number of thirty-seven weeks is reached, it grows and enlarges, moves, and is tormented by sensations. The mother's behavior, hunger, thirst, heat, and cold, cause transformations and immeasurable suffering. The body that follows the time of birth is like a burden of unbearable compression and destruction being transferred. Approaching suffering reaches its peak, and both mother and child either die or survive. One gives birth with the burden of increasing harm. The womb is wrapped in moisture and foul-smelling, unbearably like decaying flesh. The powers of previous memories are diminished, and suffering is experienced, afflicted by the harm of touch. The first week of entering the womb is like curdling and wriggling, like the appearance of mercury. The second week is thick like mucus, like the appearance of cotton wool. The third week is like a finger. The fourth week hardens like an egg. The fifth week is like a ball. The sixth week is like the appearance of a pervading fish. The seventh week is like a turtle, with the head and limbs slightly visible. From then until the twenty-sixth week, the limbs of the body, fingers, the five inner organs and six hollow organs, the basis of the senses such as the eyes, the channels and winds, the subtle elements, blood, serum, hair, bile, the male and female organs, and so forth, complete the place of birth. The food of the elements is like a god enjoying pleasures, subtle and pure in nature, so there is no excrement or urine. From then until the thirty-sixth week, the essence of the body diminishes and grows, and the essence of the mother's food and drink serves as the child's food and drink.
