Having transcended the ten bhumis, the eleventh bhumi is the Samantaprabha Bhumi, which is the pinnacle of the resultant continuum vehicle and the ultimate of the nirmanakaya bhumi. In the Paramitayana, at that time, the previous realm has been transformed into bodhi, and all dharmas are the stainless suchness, and the aspect of being gathered by the single non-conceptual wisdom. From the accomplishment of the three kayas, it is said: Stainless suchness, and non-conceptual wisdom, for the Buddhas, there is no other dharma that exists. Thus, even the Buddhahood that is to be attained by the Paramitas through countless eons is considered to be close and is established as the tenth bhumi bodhisattva, and the eleventh bhumi Samantaprabha, which are considered as two by direct manifestation. The first is stated in the Abhisamayalankara: Having passed the nine bhumis, the wisdom, in whose Buddha bhumi it abides, that is the bhumi of the bodhisattva, it should be known as the tenth. Thus it is said. The latter is: Having obtained mastery over the one hundred and forty-four uncontaminated qualities such as the ten powers, it is the eleventh bhumi, the Samantaprabha Bhumi. This is also measured from the aspect of the perfection of realization of the abandonment of one's own path, and those who possess the means of the Vajrayana, from the secret mantra path, attain that which is to be attained without difficulty in one lifetime, and do not consider the nature of the fruit to be superior or inferior, and consider it to be a difference in the Vajradhara bhumi and classification. Furthermore, taking the treatise of Abbot Shantarakshita himself as the source of establishment, it is the common essence that even by the Paramita's own path, one can attain the Vajradhara of mantra. There are many points to be examined in this, namely, the Buddhas of Sutra and Tantra are not the same in terms of form, and the means of taming those to be tamed, and the activities, and the fields, and the realm of activity, and the establishment of the bhumis and paths have already been distinguished, even if one measures these, the dharmadhatu will not go beyond the pervader of all. Among these, for the time being, the distinctions of the Vajrayana bhumis are, in the Vajrahṛdayālaṃkāra, it says: Samantaprabha, and Amṛtaprabha, and Gagananaprabha, and Vajraprabha, and Ratnaprabha, and Padmahasta, and Karmaprabha, and Anupama, and Nirupama, and Jñānaprabha, and Sarvajña, and the bhumi of purity of one's own nature, are the twelve bhumis in total.

The meaning of "Shadpa" is the five lineages, (five wisdoms), and the union of skillful means and wisdom. In particular, in the Fruition Vehicle, the most stable statement is that of the thirteen Vajra Holders, which is also known as the abode of Vidyadharas. If expressed from the perspective of numerical certainty, it is said in the 'Nomenclature of the Guru': "The Incomparable and the Possessor of Wisdom, the Vajra Ground is the Thirteenth." This means that on top of the ten grounds such as Joy, the two paths of the special path and the ultimate path are divided into three ways. The special path is the Incomparable Ground, and the uninterrupted path of the Buddha Ground is the Possessor of Wisdom, and together the thirteenth is the Vajra Ground. Similarly, in the Glorious Vajrasattva Magical Net, it says: "Skillful Means and Wisdom, the Supreme of Skillful Means, the Supreme of the Supreme of Wisdom, the differences of the grounds, ten and three." This is the meaning of the first line. The eleventh, the Ground of All-Illuminating Light, is the collection of the ten Paramitas and the ten grounds, skillful means and wisdom, so the fruit of the skillful means of those grounds is called the eleventh, the Ground of All-Illuminating Light, which is a common saying. From that, without moving, possessing non-attachment wisdom and non-objective compassion, is called the Supreme of Wisdom, which is the Ground of Non-Attachment Lotus. The Supreme of the Supreme refers to the ground of the Supreme of Skillful Means and Wisdom, and from that blessing, the infinite mandalas of the Victorious Ones spontaneously arise without effort, so adding the two grounds of the Great Assembly of Letters and Wheels, there are thirteen grounds. Similarly, in the Gathering of the Intentions of all Buddhas, there are distinctions of names such as aspiration, intention, great lineage distinction, great breath exhaling, great scriptural authority attainment, great ability completion, and so on. In the Great Wisdom Tantra, it says: "The first sixteen lords of the vehicle." That is, manifestation, increase, attainment, near attainment, each divided into four, thus establishing sixteen grounds. Similarly, dividing into twenty-one grounds, etc., there are countless ways of establishing. The nature of these grounds is spoken of as the nature of the qualities of body and wisdom, and not as the differences of high and low in the order of attainment through practice and accumulation like the lower vehicles. Because the Dharmakaya, the realm of signlessness, is originally the wisdom mandala of pure great equality.
