They also said that after killing, sentient beings go to hell. Now it is to explain the meaning of good wishes. The river of nectar of the supreme Dharma, immeasurable treasure. For the excellent objects that have matured in the continuum. The teacher who proclaims is excellent, arising from interdependence. From the excellent means, the key instructions will not be scattered. Possessing the power of the excellent renunciation mantra. It can hit the demons who do not tire of samsara. It is a good wish with four excellences. This is the view of the Ornament of the Sutras. It is said: Excellent object and excellent proclamation, excellent means and excellent renunciation, are the characteristics of definite good wishes. Thus it is proclaimed. The excellent object is any Dharma, relying on the function of the object, it is integrated into the continuum, and its nature is also desire. Relying on various means of object or desire to subdue one's mind, therefore, the Bhagavan said that subduing one's mind obtains happiness. Thus it is said. The excellent proclamation depends on the excellent teacher and arising from interdependence, therefore, the teacher Hero said: If you rely on the noble one and are surrounded by friends of mindfulness, then you will abide in caution, like a vine clinging to a sal tree, you will be embraced by excellent auspiciousness. Thus it is said. Whatever meaning of manifest desire is accomplished easily without relying on great effort is the path of key instructions, however, if there is no infinite sequence of means rituals as its companion, then the key instructions will also be scattered. For example, if one does not rely on the means of the five practices such as giving, then one cannot realize the nature of the key instructions, the Prajnaparamita. Thus, it is also said in the Engaging in Bodhisattva Deeds: All these limbs, the Able One proclaimed for the sake of wisdom. Thus it is said. What becomes the companion of all these is the excellent wisdom of renunciation, if there is no renunciation, then first of all, one will not be disgusted with samsara. From this, the nourishment of faith weakens, and in the middle, one will not neglect the virtuous friend. Finally, because of falling away from all paths such as faith and diligence, the root of the prosperity of existence cannot be cut off, like a path of cutting off the branches of a tree cannot be the cause of liberation, for the lama...

A word of advice: For example, if a tree is not uprooted, even if it is cut down, it will only grow again. Similarly, if the subtle growth of samsara is not eradicated, this suffering will recur again and again. Moreover, those who have taken the vows of ordination become truly liberated once renunciation arises in their minds. Thereafter, as the previous Khenpos have said, it is merely a reflection of the vows. The opposite of a good aspiration is: entering the Dharma but becoming weary, engaging in listening, contemplation, and meditation with a poisonous motivation. Wisdom diminishes from the Dharma, and guarding vows becomes a burden. Cursing with the eight worldly concerns, one wanders in the guise of Mahayana practice. This is the impurity that destroys the asceticism of good aspirations. Thus, some individuals, although brought into the Dharma by relatives and friends, have not accumulated merit in the past nor made good aspirations. As soon as they enter the Dharma, they become weary of it, becoming servants of kings or slaves of ministers and householders, engaging in activities that align with their thoughts and actions. Even if they engage in some listening and contemplation, due to the evil motivation of only considering this life, they initially worry about not learning the Dharma well, then worry about not gaining benefits from it, and finally become attached due to jealousy of others, ultimately becoming a cause for samsara, contrary to the path of liberation. Because their minds have not entered the Dharma, they have no joy or faith in it, and listening, contemplation, and meditation, as well as teaching and explaining, and guarding vows all become laborious and burdensome. In particular, they cannot comprehend or perceive contradictions in the profound and vast Mahayana teachings, or they do not understand whether their actions align with the times, and they boast with the eight worldly concerns that appear to be Dharma. These are like Rahu, who obscures the autumn moon, causing impurity to the asceticism of good aspirations. Therefore, abandoning these, directly targeting the five great poisons of afflictions, with the most excellent antidotes, climbing the ladder of the three types of individuals, never tiring in all seasons, all appearances arise as Dharma and the Guru, becoming the cause for attaining omniscience, this is the accomplishment of good aspirations. Our teacher, considering the three types of minds of beings, taught the Dharma of the three types of individuals, whichever one practices, each...
