May the correct conduct be accomplished. Destroy the assembly of afflictions, know the Dharma and the Dharmas. From the city of existence, pass away without sorrow. The six types of generosity, etc., are also higher and higher. Especially rely on the perfection of wisdom. Also, here in the place of ordinary beings, If you do not rely on the wisdom arising from hearing, The qualities of thinking and meditating will wander without a place to stay. The wisdom of hearing is said to be the cause of all. To the Dharma to be measured, the measuring Of wisdom. Measure with two, the direct and the indirect, and four types of hidden intentions. The essence of all Dharmas is suchness. Abiding in the three liberations is the definitive meaning. In order for the appearance of Dharmas to enter the path, Measure with intelligence and establish the path of uprightness. Which of the two, direct or indirect, to rely on or not to rely on, Knowing that is the key to viewing the scriptures. After clarifying their nature, In order to realize the hidden meaning of the meaning, Two hidden intentions are explained, the first intention is, Slightly establishing a proposition, there are also those who say it. The objects to be tamed are temporarily spoken directly. Not for the sake of one, there must be a necessity, And establish the intention, showing four types, The intention of equality, contradictions are also shown as one. With the intention of other meanings, observation shows that it is not established. With the intention of other times, it shows that Buddhahood is attained effortlessly. With the intention of the individual, criticize his holding as superior. The hidden intention is that for the one to be tamed, Whose intelligence cannot comprehend, those who have obtained a state of hesitation, In order to establish them in the name and part of joy, In a roundabout way, to introduce them to the right path, Saying that the words are the same but the meanings are different. The divisions are entry, nature, antidote, and transformation. The one who enters the hidden intention, which Shravakas, Fearing emptiness and abandoning the Mahayana, Saying that there is form, understanding it as established and entering. The intention is like a dream. The hidden intention of nature is the meaning of no self-nature. For the sake of knowing, gradually in the three types of completely imputed and, Other-powered and perfectly established, The first is that nature has no self-nature, The second is that birth has no self-nature, The third is that ultimate has no self-nature, Therefore, the Dharmas are shown as profound words. The antidote hidden intention is to dispel others' wrong discriminations. Lifespan is not measured by lineage and body size, The form body and Dharma body of all Buddhas are equal, In the field of accumulation, also contemplate in this way.

Regarding things that should not be treated with distortion or hidden intentions: Killing parents and similar actions should not be allowed. So too is the killing of a king and those who uphold pure conduct. Regarding things that are given names such as craving and the alaya consciousness, If one holds them to be truly existent, that would be a great mistake. In short, the difference between distortion and hidden intention is: Hidden intention is merely placing something in the mind, And does not depend on how others understand it. While distortion depends on how others understand your intention. This distinction is the eye for viewing the scriptures. From the perspective of what is to be measured, the Victorious One spoke of eighty-four thousand doors of Dharma, All of which point to the essence of things: The worldly conventional and the ultimate truth, There is no third truth other than these two. Within the conventional truth, there are two ways of appearing. In the face of mistaken consciousness, however many appearances there are, Those that function in accordance with the appearances themselves Are the correct conventional, even if they appear, But if they do not function, they are known as the false conventional. The ultimate truth is the way things exist in their nature, The dharmas of samsara and nirvana, Whose essence is non-dual, from the beginning beyond thought and expression. Whether understood or not understood, it cannot be set by the mind. The union of appearance and emptiness, the mingling of the two truths, Is like the reflection of the moon in a pond. From the aspect of appearance, it is the conventional truth, And the non-establishment of inherent existence is the ultimate truth. The consciousness of the five senses is like unmixed colors. Grasping forms etc. as the enjoyment of desire, And clinging to that, conceptually thinking of affirmation and negation. Regard these mistaken appearances as the eight examples of illusion. If ultimately it can withstand analysis by the mind, Then it is not the ultimate truth, because the mind is conventional. Those characteristics that contradict each other in one and many, Have never existed in the realm of the mind. For the time being, within the framework of established tenets, The ultimate truth of consciousness is the analysis of the mind, And the ultimate truth of matter is that which is crushed by a hammer, The indivisible atom, this is the view of the Hearer's school. Whatever has functionality, here Is ultimately existent, the others Are conventionally existent. Explaining it through the characteristics of self and general, The view of the Sutra school is consistent with logic in essence. The object and subject that appear as the two, grasper and grasped, Are the conventional truth, other than that, Non-dual consciousness is the ultimate truth. This is the tenet of the Mind-Only school. All that appears is conventionally established, Its establishment is like an illusion. The ultimate
