In the Secret Conduct it is said: "Whoever sees in this way, is the primordial Samantabhadra, and is equal in fortune." Thus it is said, today you (373) have achieved great accomplishment, because by obtaining the empowerment of the power of wisdom, you have seen the faces of three thousand Buddhas. Because you have cut off the cycle of the womb, you have grasped the path of liberation. Even so, even by gradually traversing the ten bhumis of a Bodhisattva, one does not fully manifest and see all the qualities of the realm of the Tathagata. Therefore, from this day forward, strive to practice the ultimate qualities of the four visions, and touch the enlightenment of the exhaustion of dharmata! Thus, joy is also generated. In addition, regarding the two ways of incorporating practice into conduct, the first is to study the four sessions of yoga with elaboration. As it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": "The way to incorporate virtue into conduct is to study the four sessions of yoga itself." That is, in the first session at dawn, meditate on Guru Yoga; in the middle, practice Trekchö; and in the last, meditate on bliss-emptiness and Tummo. From dawn until sunrise, recite (374) and practice meditation and recitation, etc. From sunrise to noon, look at Tögal; at noon, do prostrations and Dharma practices. In the afternoon, also meditate on Tögal; in the evening, do Torma and wind control. In the first session of the night, meditate on death and impermanence; in the middle, practice generation stage and recitation; in the midnight session, conceal sleep in the sheath of clear light. In all sessions, generate bodhicitta at the beginning, the main part is without focus, and the end is sealed with dedication and aspiration, which is called being connected with the Three Jewels, and is indispensable. The second is without elaboration. As it says in "Lamp Illuminating": "Day and night, combining gradually increase." Therefore, this is the realm of practice for those who practice the single method of clear light Tögal and have gained warmth in the nature of reality. During the day, divide activities into nine parts, without separating from the posture, and leave awareness in the space of body and bindu, inexpressible. At night, divide it into three parts, and in the evening, with the posture of a sage, gather the senses (375) at the essential point, that is, on the red four-petaled lotus at the navel, a short red A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A) emits fire like a hot touch. Going up from the central channel, touching the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ) at the crown of the head, the drops of bindu nourish the fire, blazing intensely, burning karma and habitual tendencies.

Rest in the state of bliss and emptiness. Sit like a lion, gathering knowledge into a vase: In the heart, there is a white "A" syllable, shining brightly; in the Brahma aperture, there is also a white "A" syllable. Between the two, from within the Avadhuti channel, like a string of white crystal beads strung together, one merges into the other, and through this cause, in the central channel, meditate as clearly as stars in the night sky illuminated by sunlight, this is the key to concealing the sleep luminosity within. At dawn, immediately exhale three long breaths with the sound "Ha," sit like a lion, and in the sky above the crown of the head, at a distance of about a bow's length, from the "A" syllable in the heart, a second white "A" syllable separates and remains clearly, and focus on this. Similarly (376), the wisdom of the four dhyanas and cessation, is a branch that generates non-conceptualization, and is the key to causing the elements of the five winds to dissolve into their own place. Five red "A" syllables represent fire, stacked; four white "A" syllables represent water, stacked; three green "A" syllables represent wind, stacked; two yellow "A" syllables represent earth, stacked; one blue "A" syllable stands alone, and so on, meditate in sequence, because the "A" syllable means abiding in the unborn. Discrimination is like fire, the experience of joy is like water and sky, thoughts are like wind, being bound by the antidote of mindfulness is like earth, and the key to purifying one's own nature and its parts by abandoning antidotes, this is the unique view of the great Pandit Vimala. At these times, to enhance the experience, one can recite: As it is said in the Union of Sun and Moon: With the behavior of a bee, taste the flavors of all dharmas. With the behavior of a wild animal, abandon the objects that cause delusion. With the behavior of a mute person (377), completely abandon deluded speech. With the behavior of a hawk, cut off doubts about secret methods. With the behavior of a madman, abandon the places where one dwells. With the behavior of a lion, abandon the mind of fear and walk in the charnel ground. With the behavior of a dog and pig, abandon the discriminations of clean and unclean. Thus, from the beginner who engages in listening, thinking, and seeking, like a bee, to the equality of pleasure and pain, good and bad, between the behaviors of a yoga master, these seven behaviors are practiced according to one's own capacity, thereby increasing the benefit of view, meditation, and action. Third, the ground of the four appearances.
