Realization dawns in the mind. When the life force is skillfully applied, the openings of the abiding channels are opened. When the winds and trul khor are connected, the knots of the channels are naturally released. If you know the instructions of the ladder, the arrangement of the bodhicitta increases. Relying on the vajra heroism, one sees the suchness of the fruit. It is the supreme path of skillful means, the key of keys. This has three parts: preliminary, main part, and concluding part. The first is: Generating the mind of enlightenment as a preliminary (39), meditate on the guru yoga. Pray from the heart, and after receiving the four empowerments, strike the vital points of the vase breath. Secondly, with twenty aspects, with the meaning of enlightenment, possessing the nature of twenty channel syllables. Relying on the body to dispel obstacles, the basis is the key of dharmata, with one surpassing meaning, bound by vajra words, in order to loosen it, pray for the assembly of heroes and dakinis to grant blessings. First is the vajra full lotus posture: In the state of complete Vairochana's seven dharmas, with the two hands in vajra fists placed on the knees, applying pressure. Rubbing the fists from the thighs (40) towards their respective diagonal directions, circling around the armpits, lifting the elbows three times. Circling and extending the fists, spreading the elbows, with threatening fingers pointing outwards, crossing them and placing them on the crown of the head, and shaking the hand bell three times. Second is massaging: circling and extending the fists, not lower than the upturned face, crossing the heels of the palms with a clapping sound. Pressing the elbows, vigorously massaging "Awa", the heat generated from this gradually spreads to all parts of the head and body. Third is crossing and clapping: starting from circling and extending the fists, with a clapping sound, joining the palms together, crossing the fingers, opening the heels of the palms, and extending the two elbows. Saying "Ah", joining the palms and striking the chest. Saying "Ka", extending the joined palms straight outwards. Saying "Tsa", extending inwards. Saying "Ta", striking the chest. Saying "Ta", extending outwards. Saying "Pa", extending inwards. Saying "Ya", striking the chest. Saying "Sha", extending outwards. Saying "Ah Hum", extending inwards. Ah Ka Tsa Ta Ta Pa Ya Sha Ah Hum. Fourth is arm twisting: circling and extending the fists, raising them to their respective knees, raising the arms high (41), pressing the knees in reverse, three times each, then circling and extending the fists, causing the pulse to vibrate.

And, like a crane, straighten the neck, bend over, posture, root trembling, appearing three times. The fifth is the bird posture: starting from a fist circling, back-to-back at the heart, exerting force as if throwing a stone outwards, flying into the sky three times, then lifting the hips about a handbreadth, doing three small drops, then stirring with the sound "འབའ་ཧ་ཧ་". The sixth is crossing the arms: stand up and straighten the body. Starting from a fist circling, the left palm is placed on the right arm, and the right palm is placed on the left arm. Straighten the elbows. Twist the body as much as possible to the right, twist to the left, seeing the back, twisting forcefully three times, then make the Humkara (ཧཱུྃ་ཀཱ་ར,Sanskrit: hūṃkāra,IAST: humkara, the sound of Hum) mudra, with the right heel on the ground, straightening the knee. The left foot is placed on the ground in a bent posture, lowering the posture, facing one side with a fist circling, with a threatening gesture, forcefully pointing to the sky. The elbow of the bending direction is straightened, the threatening gesture almost not touching the top, three times each on the left and right. Raise the fist upwards, (42) lift slightly, with the feet slightly apart, then spread and drop three times. The seventh is pulling the chest: with the fist pointing upwards, forcefully pressing downwards, while bending over. With the feet together, generating strength from each chest, pulling in a way that accompanies armpit clapping, straighten the body. Above each shoulder head, lift three times as if piercing the sky with a fist. Make the Manjushri Friend mudra, starting from a fist circling, coordinating with the posture of lifting the right foot, with a threatening gesture pointing to the sky. The elbow of the bending direction is straightened, the threatening gesture is placed on the crown of the head. Alternating with the left side in the same way three times. From the chest of the feet in the bending posture, pull upwards as before while dropping, doing three bending drops. The eighth is drawing the bow: stand up, with a fist circling as a preliminary, pulling a very hard bowstring, finally clapping the armpits. The direction of the arrow is also stretched, pulling as before three times. The same is done on the left side three times. Make the Nagarjuna mudra, placing the horse mudra with two elbows spread on the crown of the head, then shaking the upper body, while emitting a sharp (43) "ཧི་" sound, three consecutive times in one breath.
