With the posture of extending arms and wrists, the torso bends backward, rotating three times like a vulture flapping its wings, and in the same way, hands and feet are reversed three times. After that, based on the fist circling extension, first perform the kneeling posture towards the left foot, and then perform three Vajra descents. The nineteenth is the central channel activation rotation: Choose a comfortable posture from either standing or sitting. Bring the two kidneys together, and practice three steps on the central channel. After that, alternate between twisting rotation to the left and right and pulling upwards three times each. Three bending descents and three stretching descents. The twentieth is Jalandhara Bandha: Based on the fist circling extension, place the right sole on the left knee. Wrap both hands around the upper and lower part of the hips, and join the palms together with a clapping sound. Slightly straighten the torso, and rotate the head to the left three times, at which time the focus is on the "हं" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: haṃ) at the crown of the head. Similarly, after reversing the hands, feet, and head three times, perform three stretching descents. The twenty-first includes both obstacle clearing and Vajra waves. The first is the four types of striking: Starting from a sitting position, make fists and extend them forward (48), lie supine, and straighten and extend the limbs. Striking: Use the palms to strike the left and right shoulders and the two breasts, two armpits, and two kidneys. Grinding: Accompanied by the patting of the armpits, slide the two fists at an oblique angle three times. Similarly, use the two soles to strike the top of the head, and slide from above the knees to the center of the calf like smearing for grinding. Throwing the rope: Starting from a lying position, vigorously throw and retract the left and right hands and feet three times, and similarly, alternate the left and right feet three times. At any time, one hand maintains the posture of stopping the rope. Collecting the four limbs: All four limbs are lifted upwards with force three times, after which it ends with a lotus position and three "འབའ་དཀྲུགས". Even if there are many postures, if they are not coordinated with breathing, it is like posing on a cushion. Even animal body changes without proper combination are like arranging causes and conditions on the path of evil destinies. Therefore, rely on the three of cause, action, and result, and experience emptiness, the basic luminosity. Even if only the certainty arises that this is the path of Vajrayana (49), one will feel happy, thinking that there is an image of mantra.

Yes. Furthermore, through the gateway of dependent origination, the vajra full lotus posture simultaneously binds the seventy-two thousand subtle channels. The bliss-warmth of massage blazes. The interlocked fingers train the channels and elements into letters. The two stances of the arms subdue the reversed winds back to their original state. The eight stances of vidyādharas clarify the actual clinging as the deity's form. The five samaya wheels attain the accomplishments of the five families. The head-turning posture gathers all the subtle channels into a red mass. Jālandhara (藏文,梵文天城体,Jālandhara, जालन्धर, binding the throat) binds all the winds into the wisdom wheel at the crown of the head. From the aspect of activity, it opens the channel mouths of the winds. The whirling wheels release the channel knots. In order to eliminate the obstacles to the bindus, the winds and whirling wheels are inseparable. That is, whether it is straightening the body, contracting, bending, extending and contracting the limbs, the threatening gesture, etc., in whatever aspect, just as twisting thread with a spindle, from the knuckles upwards, tighten each part bit by bit. Do not mistake twisting and contracting. Do not mistake the shaking of the body and the trembling of the channels. Do not mistake the way of looking and the posture. Do not mistake the fist and the threatening gesture. Do not mistake the striking and pressing on the ground, this is the key. From the aspect of result, by making the channels, winds, and bindus workable, from the three qualities of entering, abiding, and dissolving into the central channel, the twenty-one channel knots are released. By purifying the winds of the twelve junctures of time, without relying on inference of the qualities of the grounds and paths, one forcibly progresses and, in order to manifest the seven-limbed union body, it is called the path of means. Second, the vajra heroism is the oral instruction for directly seeing the nature of reality as being free from the defilements of wind and mind. As it says in the Uttaratantra: "Tilting obstructs, squeezing binds, pressing holds the vital point, contracting clarifies." The meaning of this is that, in conjunction with vase breathing, awareness is placed in the meaning of the nature of reality. After learning the four oral instructions of heroism from the guru's mouth, from the four ways of wind and mind converging, along with subtle signs such as smoke and mirages, it dissolves into the appearance of the alaya consciousness, and the example of the cessation of the perception of the five objects is like the rising of the moon in the autumn sky. At that time, by the method of binding, the appearance dissolves into increase, and the symbol of the cessation of subtle object-discernment
