Although there are methods such as practicing the preliminaries of the three doors, it is easy to practice and very effective to integrate the spontaneously arising play of the three doors and the three kayas into whatever has the appearance of samsara and nirvana. By striving to distinguish such categories for half a month, eleven days, or seven days, the clinging to the three doors will temporarily subside on its own, and the connection to samsara will be severed. Ultimately, the body will mature into a body of light, speech will transform into the wheel of letters, and the mind (314) will be liberated into awareness, and so on, with immeasurable benefits. In short, through approaching realization, no matter what kind of distinction is made, the three realms will not be reversed. So it is said. The second is to distinguish according to the inner aspect, which is the view of the Klong gsal tantra. It says: At the crown, throat, heart, navel, secret place, and soles of the feet, A, Su, Ni, Tri, Pre, Du reside. Thus, from the moment this body of habit is formed, the seeds that propel one into the six realms continuously reside. On top of that, the traces of previous actions accumulate, and they become the proximate cause for taking up future actions. Therefore, even at the time of death, these elemental channels of letters will propel one to that particular realm depending on where the wind and mind gather. Therefore, practicing this particularly excellent method at the stage of the path is the supreme dharma of this unsurpassed vehicle, which has many methods and is without difficulty. How to practice? In 'After Death' it says: Because this body is produced by ignorance, the seeds of the six realms reside within it. Because awareness is the reality of the three kayas, the three kayas appear as three letters. By practicing with the letters, distinguish the categories. Thus (315), what is to be practiced is the white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A) at the crown, the seed of the gods; the yellowish-green Su (Tibetan: སུ, Devanagari: सु, Romanized Sanskrit: su, literal meaning: Su) at the throat, the seed of the asuras; the bluish-green Ni (Tibetan: ནྀ, Devanagari: न, Romanized Sanskrit: ni, literal meaning: Ni) at the heart, the seed of humans; the reddish-black Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Devanagari: त्रि, Romanized Sanskrit: tri, literal meaning: Tri) at the navel, the seed of animals; the ashen-green Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ, Devanagari: प्रे, Romanized Sanskrit: pre, literal meaning: Pre) at the secret place, the seed of pretas; and the smoky Du (Tibetan: དུ, Devanagari: दु, Romanized Sanskrit: du, literal meaning: Du) at the soles of the feet, the seed of hell beings, residing in various forms. The practitioner, the wisdom of awareness inseparable from all the Buddhas, appears in the form of letters, the nature of the three vajras. At the crown is the white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), at the throat is the red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, literal meaning: Ah), and at the heart is the blue Hung (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hung), visualized as blazing with radiance and splendor. By reciting the three syllables, the rays of light that arise from them illuminate the six realms.

Thinking that the seeds along with their imprints are purified into non-reality. Recite (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: om ah hum, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum) the seed to be purified, reciting each seed once, plus adjustments and supplements, for a total of seven hundred thousand times. This will purify the signs of sin and the power of ordinary clinging. As it is said in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": "Like opening the inside of a Ru-shan, the seeds of errant samsara are emptied." Thus it is said. Secondly, the preliminary practice of guiding the mind and purifying the three doors also has three parts. First, the training of the body is, as stated in "Decisive": (316) Because the body goes first, the causes of each action cease, sitting in the vajra posture, body training is beneficial to the mind. Therefore, the vajra posture is considered to have two aspects: standing and sitting. The former is with the heels touching, knees spread, and the waist straight. With the elbows of both hands extended, join the palms together without touching the crown of the head. Press the Adam's apple with the throat, and visualize the body as a blue three-pointed vajra burning with flames. If this is tiring, then adopt the latter immovable vajra posture. Like a vajra, straightening the body causes the moving air to stop. With the soles of the feet together, the male, female, and neuter airs are emptied, and one abides in the state of clear light wisdom. Pressing the two heels against the secret place empties the basis of desire. Joining the palms together at the crown of the head trains the essential points of the body. This is how the Omniscient Great Being considers it. To remember purity, the three points pointing upwards represent essence, nature, and compassion, while the three points pointing downwards represent the three bodies. The waist being joined as one represents primordial purity and spontaneous accomplishment as being of one essence, using it as the path. Doing so has (317) three necessities: commonly, fatigue eliminates the obscurations of the body; especially, seeing the body as a burning vajra pacifies demons and obstacles. Ultimately, attachment to the body is reversed, and the vajra body is accomplished. At this time, because the interdependence is connected to the body, realization will appear in the mind. Due to fatigue and other causes, the threads of movement, memory, arising, and sensation are severed. Directly leaving awareness without support makes it easier to drive in the nail of recognition. Secondly, the training of speech, as stated in "Decisive": Speech abides in (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hum, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), performing increase, training, and making softness enter the path, thus training speech.
