Therefore, the wisdom that uses bliss as a method is the wisdom of emptiness that arises. Until you are proficient, you should practice for short periods of time with many repetitions. Second, training the mind in clarity and emptiness without conceptualization: It is necessary to exhale three or nine times to release the poisonous air that arises. Then, when inhaling, all external coarse appearances dissolve into light, becoming like the clear blue sky. That appearance enters one's own body, and one visualizes the entire body filled with blue light, then presses the air downwards. Slightly relax the lower air and meditate with the mouth closed, and the experience of clarity and emptiness will arise. Furthermore, if one feels cold, one should contemplate that the air is hot; if one feels hot, one should contemplate that there is a cool sensation, this is the key point. This was said by glorious Samyepa. If those who enjoy elaboration wish to meditate on the winds of the individual elements, they should practice it like the "Son Letter Lamp of Wisdom." However, in the pith instructions for mind training of the Lama Yangtig, it says: "The wind of the sky is auspicious at all times, and so is the sensation, and both are gathered there, so this is sufficient for practice (223)." It is said. Such vase breathing is the source of all qualities, as it says in the "Garland of Oral Instructions": "That is also the supreme Madhyamaka, so do not show the experience of what you have seen and realized." Again, without exhaling, but inhaling and holding the breath, through the channel of the single life-force channel, it enters from the lower end of the central channel, like the "hips of the letter Yi," and enters the path of the central channel, thereby giving rise to the undeluded realization of the first ground. From the appearance of each of the three signs of entering, abiding, and dissolving, the first knot of the central channel is untied, and the qualities of the first ground arise from the entry of the air. There, the air and mind abide, thereby giving rise to the qualities of the second ground. There, all the air and mind dissolve, thereby the collection of thoughts of grasping and being grasped becomes clear like space, and all the qualities of wisdom increase. Even in the temporary state, the qualities of long life, few illnesses, a healthy body, and being as swift as a bird, etc., are the qualities of focusing on the key point of vase breathing. Therefore, all the qualities of air must arise in dependence on vase breathing, so the Acharya (འཚོ་རྒྱལ།) said that all those who practice air should focus on vase breathing! (224) Therefore. Third, training the mind in the non-conceptual nature of reality: body and mind empty.

O! Without moving the eyes, in a state free from all the wandering thoughts of memory and contemplation, without relying on the effort of deliberately holding the breath, but directly extending the central channel air, this is an extremely profound instruction. As it says in the "Garland of Jewel Instructions": 'Listen, living beings, in the posture of the body in the lotus position, slightly contract the lower air, slightly press down the upper air, the merit of extending the central channel air directly in front of the navel is, this is the air practice where wisdom abides in its own place. Whether it is meditating on the body's generation stage or meditating on the mind's luminosity, it will be a companion to anything. All three of the bindu holding, guiding, and scattering are also air practices that are naturally accomplished. The aggregates of grasping and being grasped are also naturally purified, and awareness is free from the faults of sinking, dullness, and agitation. No sensory defects such as blurred vision will occur. It will not be affected by phlegm and bile diseases. Stomach bloating and diarrhea will naturally be relieved. Epidemics and other infectious diseases will be cleared. No sores will occur. This is an air practice where life is like the sun and moon.' Visualize one's own body (225) as the samaya deity. Without bending or tilting the body, compress the air below the navel and extend it. Keep the eyes fixed on the sky. Keeping awareness in the state of primordial purity is also called the air practice of great wisdom. It is also called the air practice of distinguishing between mind and awareness. During this air practice, slightly bend the waist. Extend the navel directly forward. In all activities of inhaling and exhaling air, also extend outward. By focusing on this with one-pointedness, the upper and lower airs will also be naturally guided. At all these times, the navel is extended directly forward, and the support of mindfulness is also achieved by extending the navel. Even when visualizing the yidam deity, visualize in the state of extending directly in front of the navel. Even when reciting the mantra, guide it in the state of extending directly in front of the navel. Even when meditating on the wisdom of the non-conceptual nature of reality, extend the navel directly forward. In any of the four activities of walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, do not separate from this secret great wisdom. As it is said, such a central channel air is not only during mind training, but also the foundation of all the stages of the path to achieve enlightenment, and it should also be understood as a great key to the perfection of favorable conditions (226). Thus, in various ways.
