谁造作的呢？如果仅仅是痛苦生起都不能忍受，更何况说要感受异熟果报呢？如是说。像这样的痛苦，如果不把它当成是自己亲身经历的，那么看别人的痛苦就像看戏一样，不会在自己的相续中生起。对于初学者来说，对有缘分的众生生起悲心也很困难，所以必须把痛苦观想成发生在自己身上，把这种想法融入内心并进行禅修，正如大圆满的《后行》中所说：“于六道痛苦，铭记于心。”因此，要思维它的意义。去往寂静的地方，到达那没有边际的大雪山之巅，脚下全是被冰雪覆盖的地方，风雨极其恶劣，黑暗笼罩的地方，会生起非常寒冷的感觉，当生起寻求温暖的想法时，瞬间就像做梦一样，转生到热地狱，下面全是烧红的铁地，周围也全是烧红的铁墙，上下没有间隙，到处都是燃烧的红色火焰，在充满混乱的境地中，感受着复活地狱的寿命，数以亿万计的生命，与自己一样，因嗔恨的驱使，互相（156）用各种武器互相殴打，身体被劈成成百上千块，难以忍受痛苦，有时昏厥过去，感觉像是死了一样，这时从天空的中央传来清脆的声音：“愿你复活！”以此为缘，又像以前一样复活，在周围感受着极其难以忍受的痛苦。黑绳地狱的寿命是一亿两千九百六十二万年。地狱的狱卒极其可怕，在自己身上画了八条线，然后用锋利的锯子切割。难以忍受疼痛，发出惨叫并生起逃跑的念头。然后是众合地狱，寿命是三亿六十八万零一千年。观想：自己被夹在像大象、狮子、山羊一样的山峰之间，身体像挤压蛋壳一样被挤压，甚至从毛孔里都流出鲜血，难以忍受疼痛和痛苦。

Who has done it? If suffering arises and is unbearable, what need is there to mention experiencing the ripening of karma? It is said. If such suffering is not considered as happening to oneself, then watching the suffering of others is like watching a play, and it will not arise in one's own mind. For beginners, it is also difficult to generate compassion for sentient beings with whom they have a connection, so it is necessary to contemplate the suffering as happening to oneself, and to cultivate this thought in one's heart and meditate on it, as it is said in the Great Perfection's 'Subsequent Conduct': 'Take the suffering of the six realms to heart.' Therefore, one should contemplate its meaning. Go to a solitary place, and arrive at the summit of a vast snow mountain where there is no end in sight, where the feet are all covered with ice and snow, where the wind and rain are extremely harsh, and where darkness prevails, a feeling of extreme cold will arise, and when the thought of seeking warmth arises, in an instant, like a dream, one is reborn in the hot hell, where the ground below is all red-hot iron, and the surroundings are all red-hot iron walls, with no space between above and below, and everywhere is filled with blazing red flames, in the midst of chaos, experiencing the lifespan of the Reviving Hell, countless lives, like oneself, driven by hatred, mutually (156) striking each other with various weapons, the body is split into hundreds and thousands of pieces, unbearable pain, sometimes fainting, feeling as if dead, at this time a clear voice comes from the center of the sky: 'May you be revived!' By this cause, one is revived as before, and experiences extremely unbearable suffering in the surroundings. The lifespan of the Black Line Hell is 129,620,000 years. The hell guards are extremely terrifying, drawing eight lines on one's body, and then cutting it with a sharp saw. Unable to bear the pain, one cries out and the thought of escaping arises. Then there is the Crushing Hell, with a lifespan of 360,810,001 years. Visualize: oneself being squeezed between mountains shaped like elephants, lions, goats, the body being squeezed like crushing an eggshell, with blood flowing from even the pores, unbearable pain and suffering.

于是生起逃离的念头。名为“嘟”的地狱是：两亿九千零四十七万亿年。到达铁屋中，门无法打开。四面八方燃起大火，身体像微尘一样被焚烧。心想现在也没有逃脱的地方了，发出响亮的“嘟”声时。大“嘟”地狱是三亿五千零五十二万六千六十六亿年。那个铁屋再次被一层铁屋覆盖，进入其中，心想即使从里面出来也无法从外面出来，感受着比之前的痛苦大两倍的痛苦，非常虚弱。热度是八亿零四百万零六万五千三百亿年。燃烧的铁串从臀部到头顶穿透，所有感官之门都燃烧着鲜红的火焰。有时整个身体在沸腾的铜水中煮沸，经历着血肉与骨骼分离的痛苦。还有极热地狱，寿命是中间劫的一半，超过了人类年份的衡量范围。三尖木桩的中间一根穿透头顶，另外两根穿透左右肩膀。用烧红的铁板像缠布一样缠绕身体。将生肉放在沸腾的铜水中煮，血肉四散，像骨头一样变成灰白色，经历着比之前的痛苦大一百倍的无法忍受的刺痛。发出“阿啦”、“呜呼”、“吉呼”的惨叫声，于是生起逃离的念头。无间地狱是世界生灭存亡，经历四个小劫为一个中劫，这就是它的寿命。没有边际，无止境的极热火焰焚烧着身体和火焰，二者没有分别，仅仅听到“嘟”的声音，身体的实体无法显现，感受着无法忍受的痛苦。念诵着“阿杂玛”、“阿啦啦”、“呜呼”、“吉呼吉呼”的哀嚎和强烈的悲鸣。再次观想前方的虚空中，邬金大乐王刹那间降临。

Flames blaze from all directions, burning the body like dust. Thinking there is no escape now, a loud "Du" sound is emitted. The great "Du" hell is three billion five hundred and fifty-two million six hundred and sixty-six trillion years. That iron house is again covered by another layer of iron house, entering it, thinking that even if one escapes from the inside, one cannot escape from the outside, experiencing suffering twice as great as before, and becoming extremely weak. The heat is eight hundred and four million sixty-five thousand three hundred billion years. A burning iron skewer pierces from the buttocks to the crown of the head, and scarlet flames blaze from all the sensory gates. Sometimes the whole body is boiled in boiling molten copper, experiencing the pain of flesh and bones separating. Also, the extremely hot hell, the lifespan is half of an intermediate kalpa, exceeding the measure of human years. The middle of the three-pronged stake pierces the crown of the head, and the other two pierce the left and right shoulders. A red-hot iron plate is wrapped around the body like cloth. Raw meat is boiled in boiling molten copper, flesh and skin scatter, turning ashen like bones, experiencing a hundred times greater unbearable pain than before. Cries of "Ara," "Ukhyu," and "Kyihud" are screamed, and then the thought of escaping arises. The Avici hell is the world's formation, destruction, existence, and emptiness, experiencing four small kalpas as one intermediate kalpa, that is its lifespan. Boundless and endless, extremely hot flames burn the body and fire without distinction, only the sound of "Du" is heard, the substance of the body cannot be seen, experiencing unbearable suffering. Reciting cries and intense wails of "Atsama," "Arara," "Ukhyu," "Kyihud Kyihud." Again, visualize that in the sky in front, Orgyen Dewachenpo appears in an instant.
