Mix honey, sugar, Nirmali, and other eye medicines, and take them out with a golden needle. Also, take a little colored powder from the mandala. Just as the ophthalmologist removes the haze of the world with a golden needle, in order to allow sentient beings to see clearly, therefore, open the eye of wisdom and serve respectfully. Om Cakṣu Cakṣus Manta Cakṣu Viśodhani Svāhā. Recite three times. Take an ear pick. In order to awaken beings who are like the deaf and dumb with the sound of the Dharma conch, therefore, open the ears of the Buddhas, and may you obtain the ears of the gods. Om Dvā Bya Karṇa La Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དྭཱི་བྱ་ཀརྞ་ལ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ dvā bya karṇa la svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, two, born, ear, la, Svāhā.) Take a snuff bottle. For sentient beings who are attached to what to take and what to abandon, in order to tame them with the fragrance of the precepts of the noble ones, therefore, open the nose. Om Dvā Bya Ghāṇāye Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དྭཱི་བྱ་གྷཱ་ཎཱ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ dvā bya ghāṇāye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, two, born, nose, ye, Svāhā.) Take a tongue scraper. In order for all sentient beings to obtain pure speech and gain power over the vajra tongue, therefore, open the mouth of wisdom, and may you be satisfied with the taste of the Dharma. Om Dvā Bya Mukhaya Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དྭཱི་བྱ་མུ་ཁ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ dvā bya mukha ya svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, two, born, mouth, ya, Svāhā.) Take a toothbrush. The white teeth with beautiful marks and adornments, although not stained by faults and defilements, with this new sprout-like toothbrush, diligently offer with respect. Om Dvā Bya Dantra Ya Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དྭཱི་བྱ་དནྟྲ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ dvā bya dantra ya svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, two, born, teeth, ya, Svāhā.) Thus said. Offer with these five desirable qualities: Om Rūpa Pratīccha Āhūṃ. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་རཱུ་པ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ rūpa pratīccha āhūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, form, accept, Āhūṃ.) Śapta. Gandhe. Rasa. Parśe Pratīccha Āhūṃ. (Tibetan: པརྴེ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: parśe pratīccha āhūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Touch, accept, Āhūṃ.) Fourteenth, transforming the support: The master touches the support with the vajra mudra, symbolizing it with the sound of a bell, and recites the mantra of abiding: Om Ā Hūṃ Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ā hūṃ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, A, Hūṃ, Svāhā.) Recite three times. Say: All the deities symbolized by the lineage are completely transformed into the support of body, speech, and mind. Fifteenth, abiding: The master holds the end of the liberation cord tied to the support, and in the heart of the support to be abided, the garland of mantras abiding on the moon disc emits light, inviting the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions to transform into the support and abide in it. For Buddha images, recite "Supratiṣṭha," and for stupas and (718) temples, recite: Om Hūṃ Hrī Bhukhaṃ Vajrī Bhava Dṛḍha Tiṣṭha Bhukhaṃ Svāhā. For Dharma texts, recite both of the above, and in common: Recite the Heart Sutra of Dependent Origination as much as possible. If it is a painted image, recite: Om A
