Composed by the accomplished Gyaltsab Kyebu. The secret wheel turns correctly. Teaching the Dharma that is harmonious to all, And also teaching the Dharma of the twelve deeds. Thus it is said. Its example is that the great teacher (Padmasambhava), from the present state until the end of samsara, abides in the spontaneously accomplished vidyadhara ground that is inseparable from all Buddhas, teaching the Dharma in the pure land of Akanishta Padma Light, and with compassion, does not neglect the benefit of sentient beings. These indicate that the great teacher acknowledges both the Tshewang (long life) vidyadhara and the Mahamudra vidyadhara, so the followers in general have never been able to distinguish the boundary between the two before, but here, due to the rays of compassion of the second Buddha (Padmasambhava) opening the lotus of intelligence, it is explained as understood. Some believe that Mahamudra is from the first to the seventh bhumi, and spontaneously accomplished purity is the third bhumi, which is wrong. In support of the immediately preceding explanation of the stages, the Omniscient One said that some teachers believe that Mahamudra is from the first to the seventh bhumi, and spontaneously accomplished purity is the third bhumi, which seems to be a misunderstanding. Why? Because from the ground of the first karma to the state of Buddhahood, one must traverse and encompass the four vidyadharas. Thus it is said. Furthermore, for some who have previously become familiar with the vast two accumulations and have obtained great power of wisdom and samadhi, the path of Tögal (leap over) can take them from the path of joining to the path of seeing and meditation in one step, ultimately leading to the path of completion. And for those with very strong mental strength, it is also possible to go from the path of seeing directly to the state of Buddhahood. As the tantra says: "Some, from the lineage of the powerful, master, Complete the five kayas in sixteen moments. Some, from Mahamudra, Transform into the unsurpassed Samantabhadra." Thus it is said. In this way, if the teacher, the second Buddha (Padmasambhava), gradually develops doubts, then as mentioned above, the situation is similar. Not depending on that. Called Akanishta, a delightful place, The true Buddha attains Buddhahood there. One emanation attains enlightenment here. As stated in the Ornament of Clear Realization and the Secret Drop of the Moon, Shakyamuni Buddha had already perfected the two accumulations of abandonment and realization and attained Buddhahood countless eons ago. Like the Buddha, he manifested the twelve deeds in this world and taught the Dharma.

It should be understood accordingly. The third general meaning concerns the attainment of the state of co-emergence, which is the fruit of complete purification, and has two aspects: a general explanation of the nature of the fruit, and a specific explanation of the special characteristics of mantra. First, in this way (251), the samadhi of pure wisdom and emptiness is refined like a furnace, and the defilements of entering existence are purified by manifesting as deities through samadhi like musical instruments. By realizing that the self-appearance of deity wisdom is free from the realm of experience, the habitual tendencies of ordinary perception are emptied. The Alaya consciousness is transformed into the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. Similarly, as stated in the Sutra Entering the Three Kayas: 'The Alaya consciousness dissolving into the Dharmadhatu is like mirror-like wisdom.' Likewise, the consciousness dissolving into the Dharmadhatu is the wisdom of equality. The afflicted mind dissolving into the Dharmadhatu is discriminating wisdom. The five sense consciousnesses dissolving into the Dharmadhatu is the wisdom of accomplishment. At that time, the outer appearances are transformed into pure lands, the inner aggregates are transformed into deity bodies, and the secret eight consciousness aggregates are transformed into wisdom. Therefore, it is called complete Buddhahood. As stated in the Seventy Verses on Refuge: 'To awaken from the sleep of ignorance, and also to increase wisdom regarding knowable objects, the Buddha expands like the petals of a lotus.' Here, when the place of the uncontaminated lotus holder and the great assembly of the letter-wheel mandala manifests (252), according to the system of the glorious Great Net of Illusion, the five kayas are perfected simultaneously. To slightly distinguish their natures: First, the immutable Vajra Kaya is: 'In the wisdom net, the purity of the Dharmadhatu is the Vajra Kaya. Immutable, indestructible, beyond thought.' Therefore, the primordial Dharmadhatu, the self-luminous light, is the ultimate destination of all Buddhas' path, its Dharma nature is unchanging, and it is eternally unconditioned in the nature of Vajra, hence it is named thus. Moreover, since it is originally free from defilements, it is self-nature purity, and even the adventitious defilements, along with their parts, are extremely pure, therefore it is also called the Buddha with two purities. Second, the Sambhogakaya is: 'From that itself: Because of being free from defilement, it is purified; because of the expansion of qualities, it is enlightenment; because of the inseparable mixture of the two, it is co-emergence.'
