Clarity of Samadhi, extraordinary qualities beyond comprehension. The five nectars residing in the body, transformed into essence, achieve immortality. Eliminating diseases of aggregation, destroying the four maras. It is the king of all elixirs. Spontaneous increase of qualities of abandonment and realization. Consider those who practice this as sons of the Victorious Ones. By mixing the medicine of wisdom with thoughts, the five poisons are perfected into the five wisdoms. Wherever that supreme place of practice is, it is equal to the twenty-four lands. Heroes and dakinis gather with force. Auspicious blessings (206) increase samadhi. Pacifying earth enemies, bringing down wine and water. Gods and nagas rejoice, increasing the vessel and its contents. Herbs and crops are abundant. Therefore, all you great yogis, with bodhicitta, samadhi, and samaya substances, practice this with complete rituals. Its merit is beyond words. Even in the place of Vajra Samaya, it surpasses the qualities of natural conduct, such are the qualities of practice. Subsequent activities are like the four great accomplishment practices. Samaya. Nagas, Brahmins, sages, etc., those afflicted by cleanliness, asceticism, and vows, in Akanishta, Heruka, with the realm of the great Vajra Samaya, subdues with the nectar of well-spoken teachings. Likewise, for those entangled in afflictions, who fear straying from the Vajra path, possessing the five perfections, all appearances of the body, in the wheel of Rasayana, the essence of burning purification and realization. Manjushri condenses it into the tantra with sharp wisdom. The nature of its activities, like a lion devoid of consciousness. When various mixtures flourish, Manjushri's sharp intention and the great self-master Padmasambhava, with the symbolic language of the Longchen Nyingtik dakinis, precisely establish the meaning of the tantra. From the illusion wheel of the three dependencies, the lineage of words plays the music of Vajra. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya (207) The record of medicine practice is complete. (208) Homage to the mandala of nectar qualities. In general, the practice of medicine, relying on the five meats and five nectars is the tradition of Indian Vidyadharas, relying on eighty thousand roots and millions of branches is the tradition of Rishi doctors. Relying on one hundred and eight kinds of medicines is said to be the tradition of Brahma gods, although it is claimed, it is only a general discussion. Among them, the eighth chapter of nectar in the Root Tantra, and the "Gathering of Sugatas" in the Eight Commands of Kagye, are both the source and the root. Also, from both of these, the action and the actor are spoken of.
