Action: Hūṃ! In the past, in the Akanishta Great Bliss realm, In the delightful places such as the three realms of the gods, When the Great Secret Tantra was taught (555), All the Dharma protectors of the Vajrayana, Were placed in the ranks of strict vows. In the middle, in the land of snowy Tibet, When Orgyen Padmasambhava with a skull garland, Turned the wheel of the secret mantra Dharma, All the great and small gods and demons of existence, Offered their life essence and were subdued. Finally, in the pure realm of clear light, In the palace of great bliss, To the Vidyadhara Padmavangchen, Padjung Drime Ozer, Gave the breath of Longchen's profound vastness, When the wisdom realm's dakinis, Gave the signs of Longchen's clarity, The planet Rahu, the razor of life, etc., The strict Dharma protectors made promises, Please accept this adorned offering cake, And accomplish the activities of the four actions. Third, protecting the Dharma: Hūṃ! The glorious command listeners, protecting the land of Tibet, The twelve sister goddesses, Please come here and take the washing water of the torma, Accomplish the entrusted activities. Mama hrīḥ hrīḥ bhaliṃta khāhi! Fourth, the horse dance: Hūṃ! In this mandala of the victorious Vidyadharas, All the evil spirits that lead astray, Are suppressed, the root of the nine vehicles, May they never rise again (556). Staṃ bhaya nan! Fifth, receiving siddhis: Ho! All the deities of the Vidyadhara mandala, The steps of the vows of approaching and practicing, The Vajra Rakshasa will never rise again, The time to grant siddhis has come. From the mandala of body, speech, and mind, The secret supreme of non-abiding wisdom, With the blessings of the three Vajras, All the supreme and common siddhis, May they be obtained right now. Then arise as the deity body of the subsequent illusion. Eighth, dedication and aspiration combined: Ho! All the merits accumulated in the three times, Dedicate to the cause of primordial omniscience, All of us gathered (557).
