Nagas, fierce spirits, earth lords, arrogant hosts, take the sacrificial offerings and tormas that are more pleasing than humans. Mount Meru, the king of mountains, is majestic and grand; the great ocean is unfathomably deep. The seven Rakshasa seas are the abodes of nagas; the seven golden mountains gleam brightly. The wealth and desires of the nagas are inconceivable; go there, Sharara. The master of karmic connections and you, your animosity has been cleansed. Release those who are seized, untie those who are bound, liberate those who are imprisoned, vomit out what has been devoured, lift up what has been suppressed, expel all poisons. There is no place for you to dwell here, the terrifying Hayagriva manifests. The terrifying sound of the horse's neigh (457) shakes the three realms; the heat of the garuda burns the misleading guides, raining down a fierce rain of vidya mantras, encircling with a vajra-protected tent. If you transgress the oath, your heads will be shattered into a thousand pieces. With the mudra of the garuda, seize the eagle's feather and threaten the patient, reciting: Khrom Garuda Tsale Tsale Naga Ratsa E Hur Thum Rbad. Discard the "Ya" into the place where the nagas dwell. Secondly, anoint the patient with musk, gugul, musk, horse dung, white sandalwood, horn ash, and pig fat. Irih Mudras, mantras, and substances of interdependence, heal with peaceful means and torment with fierce means.
