O Mother who liberates from all poverty, I prostrate to the Mother Tara. To the noble and venerable Tara, and to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions and three times, I prostrate with pure mind. Flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, music, and so on, I offer with actual offerings and those created by the mind (403), may the assembly of the holy ones accept them. From beginningless time until now, the ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes, all the sins of the mind controlled by afflictions, I confess. Hearers, solitary realizers, Bodhisattvas, and ordinary beings, etc., whatever virtue has been accumulated in the three times, I rejoice in that merit. According to the thoughts and differences in intelligence of sentient beings, whether great, small, or common vehicles, I request the turning of the wheel of Dharma. Until samsara is not empty, do not pass into sorrow, with compassion, look upon the sentient beings immersed in the ocean of suffering. Whatever merit I have accumulated, may it all become a cause for attaining enlightenment, may I quickly become a glorious guide for beings. Sixth is bathing: To the Tathagatas and their sons, many precious vases filled with scented water, with pleasing and beautiful songs and music (404), I bathe the body. With incomparable clean and fragrant clothes, I wipe the body. Then I offer robes of excellent color and supremely fragrant and holy. Various kinds of fine, soft, and smooth silks, and hundreds and thousands of precious ornaments, I also adorn the noble Samantabhadra, Manjushri, and Lokeshvara, etc. May the three thousand worlds be filled with fragrance, with supreme fragrances I anoint the bodies of all the Thubwang, like gold that has been purified and polished, shining brightly. Seventh is offering, making the offering garland of the sixteen goddesses. Eighth is offering the extensive mandala. Ninth is praise: The nature of great compassion, from the stamen of the lotus face, when counting, complete with three verses such as the holy flower. Emanated goddess, swift and courageous Tara, I bow to the one who protects from all fears. In the waves of the great ocean of afflictions,
