May they never fall away from happiness, May beings obtain the happiness of the bodhisattvas, unceasingly! In the realms of the world, all the hells, however many there are, may the embodied beings in them rejoice with the happiness of Sukhavati! May those afflicted by cold obtain warmth! May the limitless streams that arise from the great cloud of the bodhisattvas cool those afflicted by heat! May the animals be free from the fear of eating one another! Like people with unpleasant voices, may the pretas become happy! May the blind see with their eyes, and may the deaf always hear sounds! Like the illusion of a goddess, may pregnant women also give birth without harm! May the naked obtain clothes, may the hungry obtain food, may the thirsty obtain water, and may they obtain delicious drinks! (397) May the impoverished obtain wealth! May the sorrowful and afflicted obtain joy! May the disappointed also regain their spirits, and may they obtain perfect stability! May all sick sentient beings quickly be liberated from their illnesses! May all the illnesses of beings never occur again! May the frightened become fearless! May the bound be liberated! May the powerless become powerful, and may their minds be mutually supportive! May all travelers be happy in all directions! Whatever purpose they travel for, may it be accomplished without effort! May those who embark on boats and great ships have their wishes fulfilled, reach the shore safely, and rejoice together with their relatives! May those who wander on sorrowful, misguided paths meet with travelers, be without fear of robbers, thieves, tigers, etc., and proceed easily without fatigue! In desolate and dangerous places without roads, may children, the elderly, the unprotected, those who are asleep, drunk, and extremely drunk, be protected by the gods (398)! May it be quickly attained! By the Bodhisattvas, for the benefit of beings, may the wishes in your hearts be fulfilled! Whatever the Protector intends, may it be attained by sentient beings!
