Her two feet are in a horse-stance, cross-legged posture. Her right hand grants supreme blessings, while her left hand symbolizes the Three Jewels, bestowing refuge. She resides on a উৎপল lotus and holds a golden fish. (374) Light radiates from the three syllables, and demons, zombies, and yakshas steal the life and soul of the sick. Use an arrow to represent life and turquoise to represent the soul. Hang colorful silk cloths as supports for the elements. Examine the interdependent soul banner itself. Repeat and strive until it is accomplished. In the intervals, offer a good soul ransom, small pieces of tsampa, a little alcohol, and bless the three grains as Sambhara. Recite the hundred and eight dedications one by one. Hum, take, take, you powerful ones! Greed, attachment, and infatuation, memory, grasping, thought, and touch, release, pacify, and liberate! Thus, visualize Tara in your mind. By arranging the three prostrations, you are endowed with the power of peace and truth. Subdue the hordes of demons, zombies, and yakshas. Tara, you are the supreme and excellent one. After arranging the three joined palms, clap your hands and throw them into the flowing water. Perform the life ransom and expel the evil spirits, and definitely avert untimely death. Samaya, Gya Gya Gya. Wearing it protects against unfavorable forces. (375) Om, seeing it liberates from sins. On the wheel of the glorious mandala, it is also known as the "Seeing Liberation Wheel." On the dangerous day of the gathering of dakinis, in the center of the seven-layered mandala, in the space of the five bindus of light within the four-petaled lotus in the center and the five, write the seed syllables of the five Gone Mothers, with the syllable Tam (藏文：ཏཱྃ་，梵文天城体：ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当) written in the center.
