May I have the freedom to accomplish in this way, and may the four empowerments ripen my own continuum. Without being confused about the key points of generation and completion, may the clinging to the truth of appearances be extinguished. By making the channels, winds, and bindus workable, may the path of seeing arise quickly. In the nature of reality that sees the truth, since there is no clinging to grasping and fixation, may the attachment to cause and effect, purification and liberation, be subdued by the practice of asceticism. Whether they praise or revile me, it doesn't matter. May the Bodhicitta that obtains patience in the nature of sentient beings' afflictions become the fruit of the path of no more learning. Seventh, auspicious words: Primordial Protector, Five Families Gangchen Tso, In the realm of the emanation of the complete Five Bodies, May the auspiciousness of the good eon of the thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon who have come be auspicious. The Vajrayana realm of the three thousand Mije, The source of the teachings of the flying ones, the land of Oddiyana, May the aspiration of Trisong King (742-797), who is called in the midst of the snowy mountains, for the teachings to spread far and wide be auspicious. The center of the earth, the Vajra Throne of Jambudvipa, Panditas, accomplished ones, Dharma Kings gathering the three wheels of Dharma, May the flourishing of the Sutra and Tantra teachings in the snowy land, and the long-lasting of the victorious teachings be auspicious. Eighth, the explanation of benefits: From the Guhyagarbha Tantra: The Lord of all Mandalas, Offering with the five enjoyments, Is an offering to all Mandalas. What need is there to mention the nearby Mandala? Thus, the wheel of the Mandala is merely a manifestation of the Samadhi of the Guru. The Guru is the Lord of any Mandala or the essence of the basis of manifestation, so all the profound blessings of ripening and liberation on the path of Vajrayana cannot be accomplished without relying on the Guru first. Like this, in front of an image, or a painted cloth, or colored powder, or something created by the mind, there is not a single reason to obtain liberation through self-creation and mental fabrication. The Condensed Essence of Reality also says: A blind man, of his own accord, Climbing a mountain, will not be happy. It is like that. Therefore, in general, the Sutra says: More than a hundred thousand Buddhas, know the Guru to be especially important. Like that. How do you know the reason for its importance? It is because the compassion and wisdom of the Buddhas who have gone and will come in the three times have no obscurations, and there is no near and far, or partiality.

Merely having some superficial understanding and faith is not enough to actually meet the teacher face to face. Without hearing the teachings, there is no power to directly point out the true path. However, the Guru is the embodiment of all Buddhas of the past, present, and future. In order to connect with beings like us who have similar faculties and habits, the Guru appears in the form of a being, directly pointing out the two truths of cessation and the path. Just like the rising sun, the Guru can transform beings into Buddhas, which is evident. As stated in the "Manjushri Root Tantra": "Because all Buddhas, whether past, future, or present, will truly appear in the human world in human bodies." Also, as stated in the "Gur Tantra": "The so-called Vajrasattva resides in the form of the Vajra Master. In order to benefit sentient beings, he manifests as the form of an ordinary person." Therefore, for those who have faith, the manifestation of the Guru is inconceivable. Since all Buddhas of the ten directions pay homage to the Guru in the past, present, and future, why shouldn't we, who are imprisoned in the prison of samsara and bound by the iron chains of afflictions, make the worship of the Guru a practice? As stated in the "Vajra Pinnacle Tantra": "The Guru is the Tathagata, residing in the realms of the ten directions, and pays homage with devotion in the past, present, and future." In short, those who wish to attain Buddhahood should regard the Guru as the sole refuge, with reverence, through service, practice, and offerings. As the scriptures say, "All the Buddhas' teachings rely on the virtuous friend." The King who possesses all the supreme qualities has said so, and so on, these reasons are endless. This is the reincarnation of Dzogchen (རྫོགས་ཆེན) in Dokham (མདོ་ཁམས), the lord of the lineage of the youthful Buddha Monlam Ozer (སྨོན་ལམ་འོད་ཟེར), the inseparable and unattainable deity, the sole manifestation of the kindness of the teacher. Although not deceived by youth oppressed by old age, he is a teacher who is far from waxing and waning, like the sun in the sky, a saint who rides the chariot of the two truths, enjoying the splendor of the day with pure wisdom. The aspirations of the heart and mind are united, and in the past, present, and future, they will not be separated by separation and strife, it is the treasure of the sacred Dharma. Displaying the all-illuminating face that demonstrates the realization of the three monasteries (Kathok Monastery, Payul Monastery, Dzogchen Monastery), it is what is seen directly.
