ས། །ཤའུ་ཐོན་ནས་ལྷག་པར་འགས་ཏེ་བརྒྱད། །དེ་བཞིན་སྤུ་གྲིའི་ཐང་ལ་རྐང་པ་གཤོགས། །རལ་གྲིའི་ཚལ་དུ་ལུས་ལ་བཅད་གཏུབས་བྱེད། །རོ་མྱགས་འདམ་ཚུད་ཐལ་ཚན་རབས་མེད་ཀློང་། །མནར་བའི་ཉེ་འཁོར་བ་དང་འགྱུར་བ་ཅན། །སྒོ་དང་ཀ་བ་ཐབ་དང་ཐག་པ་སོགས། །རྟག་ཏུ་བཀོལ་ཞིང་སྤྱོད་པའི་ཉི་ཚེ་བ། །རྣམ་གྲངས་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་གང་ལས་འབྱུང་བའི་རྒྱུ། །ཞེ་སྡང་དྲག་པོའི་ཀུན་སློང་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཚེ། །བློ་སྣ་ཆོས་ལ་བསྒྱུར་ཅིག་གུ་རུ་མཁྱེན། །ལམ་གོལ་དམན་པར་མ་གཏོང་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་རྗེ། །གཉིས་སུ་མེད་དོ་དྲིན་ཆེན་བླ་མ་མཁྱེན། །དེ་བཞིན་ཕོངས་ལ་ཉམས་མི་དགའ་བའི་ཡུལ། །བཟའ་བཏུང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མིང་ཡང་མི་གྲག་པར། །ཟས་སྐོམ་ལོ་ཟླར་མི་རྙེད་ཡི་དྭགས་ལུས། །རིད་ཅིང་ལྡེང་བའི་སྟོབས་ཉམས་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ། །གང་ལས་འབྱུང་ (༡༥༡)བའི་རྒྱུ་ནི་སེར་སྣ་ཡིན། །གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་བཟའ་གསོད་པའི་འཇིགས་པ་ཆེ། །བཀོལ་ཞིང་སྤྱོད་པས་ཉམ་ཐག་བླང་དོར་རྨོངས། །ཕ་མཐའ་མེད་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས་གཟིར་བའི། །ས་བོན་གཏི་མུག་མུན་པར་འཁྱམས་པ་བདག །བློ་སྣ་ཆོས་ལ་བསྒྱུར་ཅིག་གུ་རུ་མཁྱེན། །ལམ་གོལ་དམན་པར་མ་གཏོང་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་རྗེ། །གཉིས་སུ་མེད་དོ་དྲིན་ཅན་བླ་མ་མཁྱེན། །ཆོས་ལམ་ཞུགས་ཀྱང་ཉེས་སྤྱོད་མི་སྡོམ་ཞིང་། །ཐེག་ཆེན་སྒོར་ཞུགས་གཞན་ཕན་སེམས་དང་བྲལ། །དབང་བཞི་ཐོབ་ཀྱང་བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་མི་སྒོམ་པའི། །ལམ་གོལ་འདི་ལས་བླ་མས་བསྒྲལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ལྟ་བ་མ་རྟོགས་ཐོ་ཅོའི་སྤྱོད་པ་ཅན། །སྒོམ་པ་ཡེངས་ཀྱང་གོ་ཡུལ་འུད་གོག་འཐག །སྤྱོད་པ་ནོར་ཀྱང་རང་སྐྱོན་མི་སེམས་པའི། །ཆོས་དྲེད་འདི་ལས་བླ་མས་བསྒྲལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ནངས་པར་འཆི་ཡང་གནས་གོས་ནོར་ལ་སྲེད། །ན་ཚོད་ཡོལ་ཡང་ངེས་འབྱུང་སྐྱོ་ཤས་བྲལ། །ཐོས་པ་ཆུང་ཡང་ཡོན་ཏན་ཅན་དུ་རློམ། །མ་རིག་འདི་ལས་བླ་མས་བསྒྲལ་དུ་གསོལ། །རྐྱེན་ཁར་འཆོར་ཡང་འདུ་འཛི་གནས་སྐོར་སེམས། །དབེན་པ་བརྟེན་ཀྱང་རང་རྒྱུད་ཤིང་ལྟར་རེངས། །དུལ་བར་སྨྲ་ཡང་ཆགས་ (༡༥༢)སྡང་མ་ཞིག་པའི། །ཆོས་བརྒྱད་འདི་ལས་བླ་མས་བསྒྲལ་དུ་གསོལ། །གཉིད་འཐུག་འདི་ལས་མྱུར་དུ་སད་དུ་གསོལ། ཁྲི་མུན་འདི་ལས་མྱུར་དུ་དབྱུང་དུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་འབོད་པ་དྲག་པོས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ལྷོངས་པར་བྱའོ། །གསུམ་པ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ལམ་གྱི་རྩ་བ་བྱང་སྡོམ་བླང་བའི་ཐོག་མར་ཚོགས་གསོག་ནི། །གང་ཞིག་ལུས་པ་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི། །མགོན་དང་དཔུང་གཉེན་གྱུར་ཀྱང་བདུད་སྡེའི་དགྲ། །ཇི་ལྟ་ཇི་སྙེད་མཁྱེན་

萨！ 韶痛（地名）尤其裂为十八份。 同样，在普日（地名）的平原上砍断双腿。 在刀剑的丛林中，身体被切割砍劈。 腐烂的尸体陷入泥潭，灰烬遍布无尽的虚空。 遭受折磨的近邻和变化者。 门和柱子、炉灶和绳索等。 总是使用和享用的短暂之物。 十八种类别从何处产生的因。 当生起强烈嗔恨的动机时。 请将心转向佛法，古汝（上师）垂念。 请勿使我堕入恶道，全知者。 无二无别啊，恩德浩大的上师垂念。 同样，贫困且令人不悦的地方。 饮食受用连名字都听不到。 食物饮料经年累月也无法获得，饿鬼之身。 瘦弱且摇晃，力量衰退三种形态。 从何处产生的因是吝啬。 互相吞噬杀戮的巨大恐惧。 使用和享用，困苦不堪，取舍迷茫。 被无边无际的痛苦所折磨的。 种子是愚痴，在黑暗中徘徊的我。 请将心转向佛法，古汝（上师）垂念。 请勿使我堕入恶道，全知者。 无二无别啊，恩德浩大的上师垂念。 即使进入佛法之路，也不戒除恶行。 进入大乘之门，却缺乏利他之心。 即使获得四灌顶，也不修生起圆满次第。 祈请上师从这条歧途之中救度。 不领悟见地，却有虚假的行持。 禅修时散乱，却编织空洞的谎言。 行为错误，却不反思自己的过失。 祈请上师从这种佛法庸才之中救度。 即使明日将死，仍贪恋住所衣物财物。 即使年华老去，仍缺乏出离心和厌离感。 即使听闻甚少，却自诩为有功德者。 祈请上师从这种无明之中救度。 即使面临死亡，仍想着世俗和朝圣。 即使依靠寂静处，自心却如木头般僵硬。 即使口说调伏，贪（152）嗔却未消除。 祈请上师从这八法之中救度。 祈请迅速从沉睡中醒来。 祈请迅速从黑暗中解脱。 以猛烈的呼唤祈祷，愿慈悲充满。

Sa! Shaoton (place name) is especially split into eighteen parts. Similarly, on the plain of Puri (place name), legs are chopped off. In the forest of swords, the body is cut and hacked. The rotting corpse sinks into the mud, ashes cover the endless void. The tormented neighbors and those who change. Doors and pillars, stoves and ropes, etc. The ephemeral things that are always used and enjoyed. What is the cause from which the eighteen categories arise? When the motivation of strong anger arises. Please turn your mind to the Dharma, Guru, have mercy. Please do not let me fall into the lower realms, Omniscient One. Non-dual, kind Guru, have mercy. Similarly, a poor and unpleasant place. Where food, drink, and enjoyment are not even mentioned by name. Where food and drink cannot be obtained for years and months, the body of a hungry ghost. Thin and swaying, with three forms of diminished strength. What is the cause from which it arises is stinginess. The great fear of devouring and killing each other. Using and enjoying, exhausted and confused about what to take and leave. Tormented by boundless suffering. The seed is ignorance, I who wander in the darkness. Please turn your mind to the Dharma, Guru, have mercy. Please do not let me fall into the lower realms, Omniscient One. Non-dual, kind Guru, have mercy. Even though entering the path of Dharma, not abstaining from evil deeds. Entering the gate of the Mahayana, yet lacking the mind of benefiting others. Even though obtaining the four empowerments, not meditating on the generation and completion stages. I pray that the Guru will save me from this wrong path. Not understanding the view, yet having false conduct. Scattered during meditation, yet weaving empty lies. Making mistakes in behavior, yet not reflecting on one's own faults. I pray that the Guru will save me from this Dharma pretender. Even though dying tomorrow, still craving for dwelling, clothes, and wealth. Even though old age has passed, still lacking renunciation and weariness. Even though having little learning, yet boasting of being virtuous. I pray that the Guru will save me from this ignorance. Even though facing death, still thinking of worldly affairs and pilgrimage. Even though relying on solitude, one's own mind is as stiff as wood. Even though speaking of taming, greed (152) and hatred are not eliminated. I pray that the Guru will save me from these eight worldly concerns. Please quickly awaken from this deep sleep. Please quickly liberate from this darkness. Praying with fierce cries, may compassion be filled.
