The seed of realization is sown, and the fortune of the Dharmakaya's state is left in the lineage. Again, from the Hūṃ at the heart center, a second Hūṃ syllable shoots out like a shooting star. It merges inseparably with one's own mind, purifying the obscurations of the alaya and knowledge. (142) The blessings of the wisdom vajra are infused. The empowerment of ultimate meaning, symbolized by words, is obtained. One becomes a vessel for the primordial purity of the Great Perfection. The seed of spontaneous accomplishment, the lineage holder, is sown. Ultimately, the fortune of the essence of the fruit, the Svabhavikakaya, is left in the lineage. After that, in the state of blending the guru's body, speech, and mind with one's own three doors into one taste, cultivate the clarity of the view and strive in supplication and recitation. This is called beholding the face of the guru Dharmakaya. (143) The essence of all mandalas is the guru offering ritual called "Ocean of Accomplishments." (144) That which is inconceivable, the co-emergent wisdom, because it is obtained through the guru's blessing, therefore, the ritual of offering to it is explained. Therefore, all the Buddhas of the three times are liberated and liberate solely through the guru's compassion and blessing, not through chance or self-creation. This is the conclusion from the accomplishment of wisdom. Without grasping at flaws, even effort will not reach the other shore. Even if all qualities are completely perfected, without the guru, one will not reach the end of samsara. Therefore, among all meditations, meditating on the guru is the most excellent, and among all offerings, there is no merit greater than offering to the guru, as stated in (145) the Vast Expanse of Space: Meditating on a hundred thousand million Buddha images is surpassed by devotion to the guru. The reason for this is that other generation and completion stages rely on the auxiliary conditions of recitation, practice, activities, and enhancement, and cannot be liberated by their own nature. But here, if one does not separate from the guru's appearance, one abides inseparability with all the Buddhas. As stated in the Fifty Tantras: With unwavering devotion for six months, one will obtain the state of Vajradhara. Considering this, from the Source of Discipline it says: Completely abandon all offerings and truly engage in guru offering. By pleasing this, one will obtain the supreme wisdom of omniscience. (146) Therefore, here, the ritual for putting this into practice has three parts: preliminary, main part, and concluding part. The first is empowerment.
