Those who wish to practice the Great Bliss Gathering of Mind Practice, based on having received empowerment and abiding by the vows, in a secluded and auspicious place, relying on the ten-spoked complete mandala, which can be drawn with colored powders or painted on a thangka. If not possible, then use a ten-spoked wheel with a mountain of fire. If this is also not possible, then it is permissible to rely on a pile, in the great bliss of the skull cup, behind the main deity's image, place a stake of sandalwood or senge teng, twelve fingers long (679), with a black silk thread around the neck, inscribed with mantras in vermilion or gold, and place it in the center of the mandala. Erect a black silk tent. Arrange the outer and inner offerings beautifully around the perimeter. For the practice of activities, it is permissible to rely even on just a great bliss torma. Then, sit comfortably on a cushion, and for the practice of the ritual, rely on the visualization of the connection between words and meanings, and the rituals of the lineage of seeing and hearing, such as forming boundaries. Especially during the actual stage of the generation stage, for the explanation of the meaning, exert your intelligence as if climbing the ladder to reach Akanishta. Here (680), in order to make the key points of the individual practice clear instructions, it is divided into the practice of peaceful pacification, the practice of fierce subjugation, and the application of activities. These three parts are summarized, if taking one month as an example.

One should understand the ten-day recitation, the ten-day practice, the seven-day great practice, and the three-day activity, like examples. Generally, for recitation and practice, recitation usually takes seven days, practice takes twenty days, and activity takes three days. First is the recitation: Visualize oneself as the Great Supreme Heruka parents, the body like a rainbow without obscuration, in the heart, visualize the wisdom being Samantabhadra parents appearing, in the very center of the heart, visualize the seed syllables of the three vajras of all Buddhas existing in the form of three letters, and steadfastly fix awareness on this. Recite the three-syllable mantra, or continuously perform silent recitation without uttering sound, become accustomed to integrating the movement of breath into the primordially pure mantra, and simultaneously, light radiates from the mantra, like dispelling clouds and mist, purifying ordinary appearances and attachments in their own place, thereby cultivating luminosity in the view of non-duality of emptiness and awareness. Those who wish to become accustomed to supreme realization and receive blessings should practice only this. This is the great ancestor of all Buddhas, therefore, one can practice peaceful, wrathful, and various other forms, a hundred kinds, five kinds, or one kind, practicing one accomplishes all. Second is the practice: In the heart of Samantabhadra parents, on a lotus and sun disc seat, visualize a golden nine-pronged vajra standing upright, in the space within the central thick prong, visualize the samadhi being, the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), dark blue, radiating five-colored light. Starting from the prong directly above the Hūṃ syllable, visualize the letters Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), Guru (Tibetan: གུ་རུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: guru, Chinese literal meaning: Teacher), Shri (Tibetan: ཤྲཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: श्री, Sanskrit Romanization: śrī, Chinese literal meaning: Auspicious), Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond), Yaksha (Tibetan: ཡཀྴ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यक्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: yakṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Yaksha), Krodha (Tibetan: ཀྲོ་ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्रोध, Sanskrit Romanization: krodha, Chinese literal meaning: Wrathful), Citta (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: citta, Chinese literal meaning: Mind), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the spaces of each of the eight prongs in sequence, all letters are dark blue, like written in pure gold, all letters facing the Hūṃ syllable in the central prong, visualize its light as unbearable as the rays of the rising sun, until the deity appears clearly, there is no need to emit and withdraw light, etc., if there is a skull cup, stare at it, and alternately practice familiarizing oneself in the mind. Once the appearance is clear, it is called "Doli Recitation", starting from the Om syllable, each letter continuously emerges the same letter like one lamp lighting another, becoming a chain of mantras.
