External enemies are those who hold onto "I" as real, internal enemies are those who hold onto "self" as real, and secret enemies are all afflictions and grasping at subjects and objects. These are destroyed by the pure aggregates of deities. Turning away from the attachment to ordinary aggregates is the measure of slaying the three enemies. Subduing the four maras is like this: In the vast space of great bliss, the Heruka whose cause is skillful means and wisdom, plays in the great bliss of bliss and emptiness. The clouds of nectar bodhicitta, the splendor of the inconceivable wisdom's radiating and gathering, appear in any way. Practice the five poisons without attachment. Worship the noble ones and work for the benefit of others. At that time, the mara of afflictions (Tibetan: འུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) is destroyed. Moreover, all grasping and conceptual thoughts of attachment and aversion, the power of the non-dual, self-arisen wisdom, in the nature of reality free from abandonment and attainment, because it transcends partiality of affirmation and negation, the delusive-like mara is destroyed. The five branches of the vajra aggregates, knowing them as the five complete Buddhas, and transforming into the pure body of deities, the mara of ordinary aggregates is destroyed. From the strength of the two accumulations and their fruition, the generation and completion stages give rise to confidence and Buddhahood. Because the conceptual thoughts of birth and death are inherently without self-nature, the mara of the lord of death is destroyed. With an unbiased view, one is liberated from the dangerous path of doubt and two minds. With meditation free from clarity and obscurity, one is liberated from the dangerous path of grasping at sinking and excitement. With unerring conduct and vows, one is liberated from the dangerous path of inferior vehicles. Thus, the body, speech, and mind to be trained, the trainers are the deities, mantras, and samadhi. The result of training is the Sugata's body, speech, and mind. In the wheel of the three vajras, the fully ripened and meaningful Buddha, in the tradition of Maha Yoga, I (634) explain the general glorious one. Samaya. The great tantra Anu Yoga is, from the pure space of the Dharmadhatu meaning of Samantabhadri, the awareness of Samantabhadra arises. Moreover, without relying on words, in the state of the non-duality of Dharmadhatu and wisdom, the self-arisen and spontaneous view, the mandala and retinue of the conventional deities, arise from the power of memory and awareness. With the profound samadhi of spontaneous accomplishment, purifying the stains of the two obscurations, and in the arising of the fruit of the four bodies, it is explained in the complete Anu Yoga. The way to subdue the four maras is that the three poisons are originally the three bodies, and by realizing this, afflictions are originally Buddhas. Because it transcends acceptance and rejection, the mara of afflictions is destroyed. The mind that appears, conceptualizes, knows, and imputes, both the phenomena and the individual, realizes selflessness and one taste.
