Think about practicing purification. On the lotus and moon seat in the heart of the Dakini, the extremely peaceful mother is white in color, with her two legs in a horse-stance cross-legged posture. Her right hand grants supreme blessings (519), and her left hand symbolizes the Three Jewels, granting refuge and expansion, holding an Utpala stem and a vase. The purifying goddess from her heart emanates countless vases. Visualize her residing on the moon seat, cleansing the sins and obscurations of the lower realms. oṃ padmo yogini tāre tuttāre ture sarva pāpaṃ gate gate svāhā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ पद्मो योगिनि तारे तुत्तारे तुरे सर्व पापं गते गते स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ padmo yogini tāre tuttāre ture sarva pāpaṃ gate gate svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Lotus, Yogini, Tara, Swift Tara, Great Tara, all sins, gone, gone, Svaha), recite no less than a thousand times, then, to accumulate merit, offer abundant offerings, or if unable, offer beautiful flowers, beautiful garlands, etc., with two verses. Praise with one verse such as "Inexhaustible Ocean of Praise". Complete any deficiencies with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. By offering the conch shell water offering with oṃ āḥ hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ आः हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Ah, Hum), visualize the deity of the vase dissolving into light as the essence of great bliss and emptiness. During this time, one can also engage in a feast offering and self-entry. Then, begin to practice purification. First, to invoke the support, in emptiness, on the lotus and moon seat, from (seed syllable) nṛ (Tibetan: ནྀ) completely transformed, the aggregates and sense bases of the deceased appear as they were in life. Namo! By the truth of the root of blessings, the Lamas, the truth of the infallible Three Jewels, the truth of secret mantras, vidya mantras, and dharani mantras, the truth of the ultimate (520) nature of self-purity, the truth of the infallible conventional dependent arising, and the truth of the Bhagavan Four Buddhas and the mother of countless wrathful deities, the Prajnaparamita, by the blessing of the great truth, may the consciousness of the deceased so-and-so, wandering from the bardo of the natural birth place to the bardo of dharmata and existence, wherever they may be in the six realms, four births, or intermediate state, by the truth of great compassion and profound secret mantra, come to this support! Recite three times. May the consciousness dissolve into the support, transforming into the nature of light. jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः हूँ वं होः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ja, Hum, Vam, Hoh) Seal with the four seals. To dispel external obstacles, circumambulate with three tormas each, reciting "oṃ sarva bighnan nama sarva tathagata bhayo bishva", etc., to the end. The sins of the deceased.

To subdue the obstructing obstacles in practicing yoga, offer this torma as a reward to them! Recite this three times. After washing many times, perform the ritual of expelling the elemental poisons: Place earth and so on in front, and expel them with a bunch of kusha grass, in the manner of: Earth is the father of poison.
