All the sounds that cannot be satisfied, Spread harmoniously and pleasantly, May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! The flowers with particularly rich fragrance, The beds spread everywhere, Even the seven rows of trees cannot satisfy, Pressing down, they are soft; lifting up, they are exuberant. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! Gods and humans, as well as evil destinies and asuras, Even their names are not heard, prosperous and flourishing, The happiness of abundant and perfect harvests, Is named for the glory that is never satisfied. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! The best bathing place, the river of fragrant water of bliss, Not caused by the clamor of others, but flowing according to the mind, Cannot be satisfied with the supreme bliss and listening, Relying on the meaning of impermanence, peace, and selflessness. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! On the golden sands free from mud and mire, There are peacocks, cranes, geese, mandarin ducks, Parrots, partridges, peacocks, and kulana birds, And the strings of the kalaviṅka bird. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! From this, the gathering of the ear faculty, all tactile sensations, The sound of the Three Jewels (page 511) and the Four Immeasurables, The earth and the perfections, the ten powers and the four fearlessnesses, And the meaning of the eighteen unshared qualities. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! From the beautiful garden trees, Innumerable desirable qualities arise, In the sky, immeasurable palaces and so on appear, Even the Paranirmitavasavartin gods cannot match. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! There, there are no planets, stars, days, or nights, No mansions and no mind clinging to them, Although there is nothing at all, the clouds of offerings are joyful, The goddesses are extremely comfortable and happy. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! The Victorious One who lives and dwells there, When praising him, like the sands of the Ganges, The Buddhas do not abandon diligence, And also attend to Avalokiteśvara and Mahāsthāmaprāpta. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! Having sown the roots of virtue in this pure land, Together with obscurations, holding the lotus womb, Quickly attaining two births in the lotus posture, Endowed with the signs of a great being. May I be born in the Sukhavati realm! Śrāvakas (page 512), Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, and the forms of gods and humans, All attain sharp faculties and forbearance, The sky

Without falling into cyclic existence, Seeing the Buddha, not separating from the true Dharma, May I be born in the Sukhavati Pure Land. In meditation and clairvoyance, With the wisdom of the wise, may I be able to distinguish. Not bound, not possessed, the senses do not waver, Omniscient, virtues boundless and limitless, May I be born in the Sukhavati Pure Land. With the truth of the path that abandons the cause and effect of all arising, Even the Arhat who has realized the cessation, Having rested in the realm of the three liberations, And joined with the empowerment of great light, May I be born in the Sukhavati Pure Land. Even the categories of Dharma taught in each instant, Are countless, with great miraculous powers, Wandering through other realms, obtained from the Dharma, Opening the doors of hundreds of thousands of millions of samadhis, May I be born in the Sukhavati Pure Land. In short, even just remembering the name and sound of whom, And familiarizing the view in the mind, Can lead to being born in the Sukhavati Pure Land, Because your aspiration and vows never deceive. The example of your actions for the benefit of others, Is like the ocean tide, never tiring. The Sugarcane King said from his mouth: Ananda, You face the west, Scatter flowers and join your palms, To the perfectly enlightened Buddha of Immeasurable Light, Free from dust, extremely pure, Offer homage, whose name is without obscuration, Spreading widely in the ten directions, even the Buddhas Praise endlessly, we also should Offer body and possessions without hesitation, Confess the sins and obscurations accumulated, And at the same time, rejoice in all merits. Pray that you always abide in the Dharma wheel, Dedicate all the roots of virtue to all beings, May all be born in the Sukhavati Pure Land, May all be accomplished as wished, may there be auspiciousness! This aspiration prayer, which is in accordance with the "Amitabha Sutra," was Made by the emanation of Khyentse, the sprout of the Victorious Ones, at the request of Jigme Trinley Ozer, a devoted disciple from Dokham (a region in Tibet), for a long time, and recently at the earnest request of Jigme Losal.
