愿彼等一切皆如其分，毫无阻碍地成就！不作任何罪恶，行持圆满的善业，调伏自心，此乃佛陀之教。第三、后续次第有五，首先是与忏悔相关的祈请： 遍及一切方所安住者，圆满正觉佛陀及其佛子， 具足大悲心者，合掌祈请： 从无始轮回以来，此生或他生中， 我因无知所造之罪， 以及怂恿他人所作， 愚痴迷惑所缠缚， 随喜他人所作， 见此过患之后， 从内心深处向怙主忏悔。 我于三宝以及父母或上师等， 因烦恼之门以身语意， 所作之损害， 以及因诸多过失所染污， 罪恶深重的我之罪业， 所有极其难忍之罪， 皆于诸引导者前忏悔。 我之罪业未清净前， 定将提前死亡， 因此务必从中解脱， 祈请以迅速之方式救护。 此不可靠之死主， 不论已作或未作皆不停留， 无论生病与否， 谁亦不应 骤然对生命抱有希望。 必须舍弃一切而离去， 我却未曾如是了知， 为了亲友与非亲友之故， 造作种种罪业。 非亲友亦将消逝， 亲友亦将不复存在， 如同梦中所经历， 无论享用何物， 彼等皆将成为回忆之境， 所有逝去者皆不可见。 暂且于此存活之际， 诸多亲友与非亲友已逝去， 为彼等所作之罪业， 所有难忍之罪皆在眼前。 如是，我未曾了知 所谓骤然， 因愚痴贪恋与嗔恨， 造作种种罪业。 无论日夜居留与否， 此生恒常衰减， 且无从增添， 如我怎能不死？ 我虽安坐于床榻之上， 纵然亲友眷属围绕， 断命之感受， 亦唯有自己独自承受。 为阎罗卒所擒

May all of these be accomplished without hindrance, each according to its kind! Do no evil whatsoever, practice perfect virtue, subdue your own mind, this is the teaching of the Buddha. Thirdly, the subsequent sequence has five parts. First, the supplication related to confession: To the perfect Buddhas and their sons who dwell in all directions, Possessing great compassion, I prostrate with folded hands: From beginningless samsara, In this life or in others, The sins I have committed out of ignorance, And those I have instigated others to do, Being overwhelmed by delusion and confusion, Whatever I have rejoiced in, Having seen these faults, From the depths of my heart I confess to the protectors. To the Three Jewels and to my parents or other lamas, Through the doors of afflictions, with body, speech, and mind, Whatever harm I have done, And whatever faults have been accumulated through many misdeeds, The sins of my sinful self, All the extremely unbearable sins, I confess to all the guides. Before my sins are purified, I will surely die prematurely. Therefore, I must be liberated from this, I pray that you protect me in a swift manner.
