五种殊胜依次从中央安住，具有功德相好如海之自性。如《报恩经》所说：如是足底平满。足底有千辐轮。手指纤长。足跟圆满。手指间有网相连。手足柔软。足胫如鹿王伊尼耶般圆润有力。足踝不外露。手及膝盖。如马王般，阴相藏于鞘内不外露。如尼拘陀树般，身肢圆满。身毛向上生长。每根毛发都向右旋。身色如精炼之金。具有一寻常光。皮肤柔软，不沾染尘垢。七处皆充满。上半身如狮子。手指圆润有力。锁骨充满。具有上下身分明的相。面有四十齿。牙齿排列整齐。牙齿洁白(581)。面颊如狮子般丰满。具有殊胜之味。具有肉髻之相。舌头长而广阔。具有梵天之音声。眼睛的颜色如深蓝色。眼睛如牛王般。眉间有白毫相。如是。其中七处是指：手足背四处，双肩之间两处，后颈处，此七处身体丰满。肉髻是指顶髻，看似不明显。八十随好也是经部的意义：指甲如红铜色，指甲颜色润泽，无损伤且可见，圆形，丰满，纤细，身体的脉络不明显，没有结节，足踝不明显，长短一致，不被他人压服，善于如狮子般行走。

The five supreme ones reside in order from the center, possessing the nature of an ocean of qualities and marks. As stated in the Sutra of Repaying Kindness: Thus, the soles of the feet are even and full. The soles of the feet have wheels with a thousand spokes. The fingers are slender and long. The heels are round and full. The fingers are connected by webs. The hands and feet are soft and supple. The shanks are round and powerful like the king of deer, Eneya. The ankles are not visible. The hands reach the knees. Like the king of horses, the mark is hidden within the sheath and not visible. Like the Nyagrodha tree, the limbs of the body are complete. The body hair lies upward. Each hair curls to the right. The body color is like refined gold. It possesses a constant fathom of light. The skin is supple and smooth, not stained by dust or impurities. The seven places are completely full. The upper body is like a lion. The fingers are round and powerful. The collarbones are fully filled. It possesses the mark of the upper and lower body being distinct. The face has forty teeth. The teeth are well-aligned and even. The teeth are white (581). The cheeks are full like a lion, the king of beasts. It possesses the supreme taste. It possesses the mark of the ushnisha. The tongue is long and broad. It possesses the voice of Brahma. The color of the eyes is like dark blue. The eyes are like the king of cows. Between the eyebrows is a white urṇa hair. Thus it is. Among these, the seven places are: the four backs of the hands and feet, the two spaces between the shoulders, and the back of the neck, these seven places are full of body. The ushnisha is the crown of the head, seemingly invisible. The eighty minor marks are also the meaning of the sutras: the nails are reddish like the color of copper, the color of the nails is glossy, without damage and visible, round, full, slender, the veins of the body are not visible, without knots, the ankles are not visible, equal in length, not subdued by others, skilled in walking like a lion.

善于以龙的威势压制，如大象般行走，于虚空中（582）行走，如天鹅般行进，善于引导众生，如牛王般行进，与绕行的口诀相合，右顾而行，观看时悦意且美丽地行走，不动摇地正直行走，血肉丰满且姿态优美，故而婀娜多姿地行走，如舍弃清净洁白的身体外壳一般，身躯长短粗细等直接不紊乱，故而依次相宜，身躯平息了浊垢的清净，柔和且极度清净，相好圆满，身躯宏大故而肢体圆满且美好，步伐缓慢适中，没有丝毫污垢故而双眼清净，身躯年轻且血肉丰满，身躯没有萎缩，血肉饱满，身躯肌肉紧致，肢体和近肢完全分开，远离突发污垢的目光极其清净，身躯圆润，腰部相宜故而腰身匀称，腰部不是非常长故而身躯不（583）矮小，身躯的比例因此没有高低，肚脐深陷且向右旋转，一切行为举止都悦意，身语意一切行为都清净，身上没有痣和黑点，手如木棉般柔软，手上的纹路光彩鲜明，从远处就能清晰看到的深刻，手上的纹路长，脸不是非常长，脸上显现身影的影像，嘴唇如频婆果般红润，舌头长且柔软，薄且红润，声音如龙般洪亮，悦耳且柔和，不大且圆润，锐利且洁白，均匀且纤细，鼻梁高挺，没有泄漏故而清净洁白，眼睛宽大，睫毛浓密，黑白分明如莲花瓣般修长圆满，眉毛修长，柔顺且光滑，眉毛浓密均匀，手修长且丰满，耳朵匀称，其官能匀称，头发边界清晰故而额头（584）完美展现，分开

Skilled in subduing with the power of the nāgas, proceeding like an elephant; moving in the sky (582), proceeding with the grace of a swan; skilled in guiding sentient beings, proceeding like a supreme leader; in accordance with the instructions for circumambulation, proceeding while looking to the right; proceeding in a way that is pleasing and beautiful to behold; proceeding upright without wavering; proceeding gracefully with full flesh and elegant posture; like discarding a pure and clean outer shell of the body; the body's length, shortness, thickness, and thinness are not directly disordered, so they are appropriately arranged in order; the body is purified of turbidity, gentle and utterly pure; possessing complete marks; the body is large, so the limbs are complete and excellent; the pace is slow and steady; the eyes are pure without any blemish; the body is young and fleshy; the body is without shrinkage; the flesh is full and abundant; the body's flesh is firm; the limbs and near limbs are completely separated; the gaze, free from sudden defilements, is utterly pure; the body is round; the waist is proportionate, so the waist is balanced; the waist is not too long, so the body is not (583) short; the proportions of the body are therefore without height or shortness; the navel is deep and spirals to the right; all actions are pleasing to behold; body, speech, and mind are all pure in conduct; the body has no moles or dark spots; the hands are as soft as cotton; the lines on the hands are bright and clear; deep and clear from a long distance; the lines on the hands are long; the face is not too long; the reflection of the image appears on the face, and the lips are red like the bimba fruit; the tongue is long and soft, thin and red, and the voice is as loud as a dragon; pleasant and gentle; not large but round, sharp and white, even and delicate; the bridge of the nose is high; without leakage, so it is pure and clean; the eyes are wide; the eyelashes are thick; the black and white are distinct, complete like long lotus petals; the eyebrows are long, smooth and glossy, the hairs are even; the hands are long and full; the ears are even; their faculties are balanced; the hairline is well-defined, so the forehead (584) is well-displayed, separated.
