I am named "Spontaneously Accomplished." In the Kunje Gyalpo Tantra, it says, "All phenomena that appear, without exception, are all complete in mind, dharma, and bodhichitta. Therefore, I say it is spontaneously accomplished." Therefore, those called "Spontaneously Accomplished," because there is no boundary to be guarded, and no object to be transcended, the way the essence (469) abides is bound by the bonds of vows. From the beginning, it is like that, without error, this is the way of the Vajra King. Such a result, for the sake of purifying the self-continuum of those who have entered the secret path, if it is broken, then, like a precious vase, even if it is slightly damaged, there is a way to easily repair it, keep that in mind, this is the instruction. The meaning of the first verse of the general tantra quoted above, with the classification of vows, is explained by the tenets as follows. In that itself, it says, "For body, speech, and mind, each one has nine nines, understand through the manner of entering and action." As it is said, from the root guru's body, speech, and mind, with the outer, inner, and secret vows, with the division of three sets of three, there are twenty-seven, like this: The outer three of body are, the secret is killing, the inner is unchaste conduct, the outer is abandoning stealing. The inner three are, slandering parents, siblings is outer, slandering one's own body as the mandala of deities is secret, slandering those who have entered the Dharma of the Great and Small Vehicles, elevating oneself is inner. The secret three are, stepping on the guru's shadow, etc., is secret (470), even in dreams, being attached to the consort, etc., is inner, beating Vajra brothers and sisters, etc., is outer. The outer three of speech are, lying is outer, divisive speech is inner, abandoning harsh words is secret. The inner three are, speaking Dharma is outer, thinking about the meaning is inner, disrespectfully practicing the true nature is secret. The secret three are, slandering the guru's consort is inner, not despising the words of Vajra brothers and sisters is outer, slandering the guru is secret. The outer three of mind are, the three aspects of mind, namely, greed is outer, malice is inner, wrong view is secret. The inner three are, wrong conduct is outer, dullness and agitation are inner, wrong view is secret, these should be abandoned. The secret three are, not remembering the guru for even a day is secret, the yidam

Although fellow practitioners also look towards the Lama, they do not keep the view, meditation, and conduct in mind at all times. Here, the outer, inner, and secret (aspects), if one doubts the commentator's intelligence due to the disordered sequence, there is no fault in following the root (text). If asked, "Have you not seen the disordered sequence of the root (text)?" the answer is: Because it follows the words of the Tantra, one should not think that way. Thus, these twenty-seven are established as the root vows that must not be transgressed. From the perspective of whether or not they are grasped by skillful means, considering whether or not it will change benefiting others, the two actions of granting permission and prohibition are applied. In order to separately show the meaning of the last two verses of the general collection scripture, it is said, "of skillful means," and so on. As it says in the Ocean (Tantra): "The path of afflictions is great purity, the desired qualities of skillful means are the best of ornaments, through the enjoyment of all and everything, one quickly transforms into the splendor of Heruka." Like this, among the twenty-five branch vows that belong to skillful means, the first set of five is: "Tana" indicates liberation, combined with "gana." In order to take and so on for great necessity, measuring one's ability, taking without permission. Lying for the benefit of others, and joking words such as stories told to introduce the Dharma. These five to be practiced, because one knows the boundary of permission and prohibition, therefore one should practice them. The second group is: From among desire and hatred, etc., ignorance, pride, and jealousy, these five afflictions are the five that are not abandoned. Therefore, this is practiced by separating from one's own mind-stream, as was known earlier when explaining the fifteen vows of the root Tantra. The third group is: excrement, urine, masa, blood, semen, accepting these five, there are two kinds, clean and unclean. Practicing to sever conceptual thoughts. In the Eight Chapter Scripture, it says: "Excrement, urine, mamsa, and, blood, bodhicitta, in order to reverse the conceptual thoughts of sentient beings, accept them as the main." The fourth group is: the five aggregates, the five families, the five elements, the five mothers, the objects are mind-mothers, the faculties and consciousness are heroes, the five colors abide as the five wisdoms, etc., like it was said earlier during the generation stage and completion stage, one should know to manifest as the deity. This group of five is to be practiced with the power of wisdom. In the Three Vows it says: "The five aggregates and the five elements, the five consciousnesses, faculties, objects, and so on."
