Rubbing on the ground, even if refuting the tenets of right view, possessing the retinue of black liberation, the place of emergence is the iron house door. While I was distracted by these words, a person claiming to be the iron hook of reason suddenly came and said, "Yogi, what are you doing here? What is the purpose of coming here?" I said, "I am here praying to Orgyen Rinpoche, watching the inconceivable emptiness." Coming here is to not waste the substance of all connections of oneself and others, so I came to turn the Tsokhorlo. He looked at me with sharp eyes and sang such a song without melody. "Then listen, Yogi, please consider the conduct, ascetic. Where does your lineage ultimately lead? To which vehicle's entrance does it belong? Where is the key point of practice placed? What is the experience of meditation like? What is the nature of behavior? You noble objects of offering, going to the holy place is amazing, but driving labor is a great sin. Because one's own empty steps are not effective, one places a heavy donkey burden on others. That view without compassion, no matter how high, is still conceptual thought. However, because the limits of Dharma and the individual cannot be measured by anyone, so for a while here in an upright manner, first greet with gentle and pleasant sounds, please tell me as it is." Hearing these words, I felt that I had also become arrogant, and said these words: "The conceptual thought that is not a human is the son of the mind, the manifestation that is not a ghost is the skill of appearance. My lineage is Samantabhadra. When Samantabhadra realizes his own awareness, the guidance of the lineage is forgotten. There are nine stages of the vehicle's entrance. First enter the Shravaka vehicle, in the middle train in Bodhicitta, and finally abide in reality. Now the generation and completion stages have become confidence. The nature abides in the state of Great Perfection, the names of the entrances have long been forgotten. Practice is the three of hearing, thinking, and meditating. The essence of hearing, thinking, and meditating is not for food and wealth, but to counteract the eighty-four thousand afflictions, this is my own way. The view is inexpressible, beyond thought. Just like grasping the sky with the hand, the rabbit has horns, sharpness and dullness, and like a barren woman wanting to give birth to a child, if one always recognizes it in this way, then the view"

I aspire to the ultimate view. Since there is no delusion from the beginning, the eight extremes of non-elaboration are false. (170) Meditation is effortless, natural abiding. In the natural flow of the river, all the waves of samsara and nirvana, self-arise and self-liberate, complete and vast. In the spontaneous arising free from grasping, the essence of meditation is false. Conduct is free from pretense. However, the perfect Buddha, in the Sutra and Tantra vehicles, has endless intentions and necessities, to adapt to the dispositions and thoughts of sentient beings, and thus shows differences. Nowadays, in the degenerate age, if one acts arbitrarily, to strive to accomplish the root downfalls, one should act according to the capacity of the beings to be trained. Therefore, the yogi of Longchenpa, when dwelling in a solitary mountain retreat, transforms whatever arises into the path, and is content with whatever happens. When a faithful patron, lifts his feet with devotion, those old meditators who have lost the breath of scripture and realization, roar like lions, and throw the pretense of yogic conduct into the sky. They act like great lamas, make lotus postures, ride on lion-like cushions, hide their lameness, take out boxes containing relics, cut scarves, and throw away knots. At that time, even ordinary people, think it is good and join their palms in respect. When I think about it myself, I want to laugh. All phenomena are one, appearing in hundreds of forms. One person has two ways of seeing. Pity these ignorant sentient beings. I have no hope or fear. When I walk in the desolate mountains, in my self-built hut, on a throne of wild animal skin, sleeping naked in ease, this is a shameless (171) image. From the throat, the vajra treasury, having decided that all appearances are mind, and that samsara and nirvana are false, I sing a song of certainty. That is my way of conduct. In the past, the perfect Buddha, adorned his body with three robes, carrying a begging bowl and a staff, entered the great city, to go for alms, rather than having officials urge and impose taxes layer upon layer, forcing labor without compassion, causing sentient beings to suffer. Such things are not recorded in all the Sutras and Tantras. What you say is certainly true, but I have no connection with life or death.
