Even the religious practitioners are carried away by the wind, and the guides only pursue this life. Those with qualities are separated from the Dharma. When such a bad time arises, it is amazing that you do not run like a dog for learning, qualities, and wealth, but rather restrain your mind. This is not just a matter of chance luck, but I think you have a karmic connection with the Dharma. I, the yogi, am also happy. Therefore, I have three pieces of advice. As for the essence of the question, since the view of Dzogchen is to maintain the continuity of resting the awareness in its natural, un fabricated state from the very beginning, there will be fewer mistakes and deviations. If you do so, saying that there are only signs of being influenced by thoughts is a fault of not having the aspect of awareness arising from a slight deviation from the previously mentioned natural state. At that time, if you expose the awareness nakedly without support and maintain it, then thoughts will be liberated as they are recognized. In the generation stage and mantra recitation, etc., if you feel uncomfortable meditating and are very distracted, it is a sign that you are not yet ready to work with your mind as a beginner, so you will gradually get used to it. Some meditators fall into mere shamatha without the skill of vipassana (527) arising, so it seems that the generation and completion stages do not interfere with each other, but your situation is not like that. In general, meditation should not be too tight or too loose, but rather arise from a moderate tension and relaxation, like a stringed instrument. Previously, the noble Kungawo taught meditation to Growashingye, but he was sometimes tense and sometimes relaxed, making it difficult to do. So he asked the teacher, who said: "Life-holder, do you know how to play the lute when you are at home?" He replied: "I am very skilled at it." The teacher asked: "Then, does a beautiful sound come from your lute string when it is too tight?" The Blessed One, it does not. The teacher asked again: "Then, does it come from being too loose?" Again, (528) it does not. The teacher then asked: "Then, does a beautiful sound come from being moderately tight and loose?" The Life-holder replied: "Yes, Blessed One." The teacher said: "Life-holder, your mind is also like that, neither too tight nor too loose." After saying this, he attained the state of an Arhat. The key is in the balance of tension and relaxation. If you tighten up too much for fear of distraction, then the one who tightens up is the obstacle created by consciousness or the nature of reality itself.

. As usual, if you let it go and do whatever you want, its nature will not go beyond conceptualization and ignorance. So, now let the awareness rest naturally and relaxed. After a while, it will also unconsciously fall into a state of drowsiness and confusion. At that time, because it is agitation, you must raise your mindfulness. Recite ཕཊ་ (Tibetan: ཕཊ་, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: Phat). This can eliminate obstacles. The key to "short time many times" is also here (529). Otherwise, what is there to be happy about having many times? The eyes should also be like pointing a spear at the outside world, rather than relaxing and looking at the awareness like opening the eyes, which is very important. Generating joyful faith and compassion is a supreme treasure, so it is true. Generate renunciation and detachment, because you don't know when you will die. Taking and giving of suffering and happiness. In any case, learning unnecessary things, etc., the method of gradually increasing merit, please see Shantideva's "A Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life". The deity of the offering garland appears from oneself and dissolves into oneself, which is the interdependence of training in illusory samadhi. Regarding the question of how to ask questions. If you meditate on the deity image clearly, there is a risk that it will become like a real object in the mind. If you restrain it with the feeling of emptiness, the deity's clothes and decorations will not be clear, and it will be difficult to integrate appearance and emptiness into the continuum (530). Generally speaking, it is true that this will happen before you have gained stability on the path of union. If you restrain it with your mind, the mind will not be distracted anywhere. Not confused. The power or radiance that cannot be spoken. That clarity, the deity image is clear and bright, and the meditator who is so clear is me. The fruit of my meditation is that this deity has appeared, and if you abide in a state where there is no self-grasping and clinging to self-nature like this, then appearance and emptiness are not separate. The appearance of the generation stage, in that state, the emptiness of the completion stage, for example, just like salt dissolves in water, it is very important to understand the key to the indivisible union of the great perfection. If it is not like this, after clearly meditating on the image of the deity with conceptual mind, and then thinking that it is empty again, like adding feet to the snake, then both aspects are conceptualizations with signs (531), so it is not okay. However, in the yogas that mainly explain the generation stage, it is also said that one must first train the permanent body. If a clear situation like a real object appears in the mind, then at that time, the thought of thinking "it is clear like this"
