Hūṃ! By reciting Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) as the essence of life, The appearance of emptiness as the form of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) transforms into a Ḍākiṇī. Where space pervades, the freedom of the five classes of Ḍākiṇīs, The manifestation song of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ), the symbolic language, tserere. The aspects of the five poisons transform into the five bodies, yala. (46) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ). The indestructible manifestation song of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ), possessing five qualities, Desire, what to abandon, acceptance, negation, accomplishment, suppression, expansion, liberation. In that palace of lotus light possessing five qualities, May you come to the ranks of the four Vidyādharas. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ). Those tormented by the demons of the five poisons, how pitiful. In the state of great bliss and emptiness, enemies and friends are exhausted. The fruit of being free from abandonment and attainment is truly wonderful. The all-pervading, vast, and serene awareness, alala. By saying Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ), the appearances of oneself and others become clear and bright. Homage to the Victorious Buramshingpa. Once, in the house of a patron, For the yogi of Longchen's space, A virtuous and qualified spiritual friend, In a place called Tangsham, This Dharma speech was proclaimed. Have you taken the full ordination of a monk? To practice secret mantra, it is necessary to have the signs and attire of individual liberation. It is said that there are those who are called Bhikṣu Vajradhara, I think that is very important. To support the statement that "secret mantra will not be accomplished if the discipline is broken," it must be said that way. We, the practitioners of Dzogchen, only like valleys and solitary places, Combining emptiness and compassion as the basis of practice. Whether realization arises or not, it depends only on faith and diligence in practice. There is no need to criticize those Bhusukupas who only value outward behavior and lack inner substance, and Bhikṣu Vajradharas, etc. If we consider the meaning, As the basis for practicing secret mantra, it is necessary to accomplish the three vows of meaning, That is, in the preliminary stage of entering the mandala, "The vows of individual liberation and Bodhicitta, And the assembly of inner vows of Vidyadharas, From now until enlightenment is attained, I will uphold them correctly." This is only obtained through the ritual. Whether one holds them or not depends on whether one keeps the vows and samayas. Thus, once the vows are established in the mindstream, as the basis for mantra practice, it is necessary to have the signs and attire of individual liberation.

Why must there be a definite and unchanging basis? If it's like you say, then great accomplished ones like Saraha, who was used by the supreme archer, and King Indrabodhi of Oddiyana, and so on, countless Indian and Tibetan pandits and siddhas who practice mantra, they would have no chance to practice secret mantra, and would be abandoned by the vows of the lower two vehicles, because they didn't recognize the flaws of the vows of meaning, but acted separately. He was a Khampa, arrogant and conceited, with a very strong habit of arguing in the ranks. The radiance of his face changed to be like a ruby, his voice trembled, and his arms were raised, the situation was very serious. So, with an angry look, he asked, "Then, how should the essence of the vows be understood?" I felt very compassionate. The reason he was so angry was because we answered him with argumentative words. Now I thought I should speak in gentle words. Geshe Rinpoche, you are right. I have not studied, so I do not know the truth. Please explain whether you are like that or not. In the conventional Shravaka vows, based on the vows to abstain from (48) misdeeds through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, there are two hundred and fifty precepts through the distinction of permission and prohibition. For Bodhisattvas, on top of that, they must accumulate merit, benefit sentient beings, and that is the three types of discipline. For Vidyadharas, there are the vows of the five families, etc., which are limitless. So, how are these vows protected in the continuum of one person? By separately holding their respective characteristics, so that they are not confused. All three must completely prevent the non-virtue in that person's continuum through vows. In the age of mantra, there are no different entities called Shravaka and Bodhisattva, so the essence changes. The increase of qualities is as stated in the Lotus Crown: The yoga of traversing the three empowerments, that is said to be a great bhikshu. These also do not have fundamental conflicts, but are only distinguished by the actions of the times, this is the view of Vimalamitra. The ultimate vow, the focus of its practice is on the mind. The reason for this is also stated in the Pratimoksha Sutra: Do no evil, cultivate all good, purify your mind, this is the teaching of the Buddhas. The taming of the body is good, the taming of speech is good, the taming of the mind is good, taming in all places is good, he is liberated from all suffering.
