I performed empowerments such as the Vajrakila lineage. In general, the Vimala Nyingtik Mother and Son teachings, especially the two higher empowerments, are empowerments for entering the mandala of wisdom. Therefore, they must be conferred by a lama with supreme realization to a limited number of disciples. If done arbitrarily, the lama himself will decline and be subject to the punishment of the dakinis. Disciples should also understand that they will not receive the empowerment. Even if one only performs the elaborate and unelaborate versions, it is best to connect them with the sequence of the tsok khor that follows, and to perform mandala practice and recitation. The two lamas of Sparo were a group that held the tradition of the Ancient Translation School, and in particular, they had faith in the writings of Vimalamitra and Gyalwa Longchenpa. They entrusted the Seven Treasures, the Three Chariot Commentaries, and all of their own collected works. They vowed to build a complete collection of the Nyingma tantras and helped with the project of completing the complete works of Kunkhyen. To the reincarnation of Shri Parvata, they transmitted the cycle of the Drothig, and all the father tantra empowerments such as Shinje Sumdril, as well as the transmission of the recitation texts. On top of that, to a sangha of about fifty people, including almost all the young monks, they conferred the Kagye Eight Heruka Yoga Tantra empowerment, the Profound Meaning, the Yangdak, and other empowerments. They offered gifts and recited the Confession Sutra. At Pelri, they held a large gathering for the practice offering, providing services, daily offerings, and tsok khor as usual. At Ngari Monastery, they perfected the Dharma practice rituals. Because the teaching and practice of the great Shingta tradition flourished, they increased the monastic tea by four portions, and provided a fund of twenty-five silver srang for five portions of monastic tea each year. They felt great compassion for all those suffering from famine in all directions and gave alms as much as they could. As it says in the Blue Annals, "For the people of the Land of Snows, there is one jewel on the crown and two earrings. The jewel on the crown is the teacher Padmasambhava." Like this, although it is your kindness that the Buddha's teachings are able to flourish in the Land of Snows, in order for those scholars with hopeful hearts to correct wrong views and divisions, please do not miss the opportunity with your compassion. Therefore, at Drakmar Keutsang, they offered a mandala made of fifty srang of Chinese silver, as well as a pure gold Matsa and a high-quality Kona Chuli sky ornament. At their own residence, they established a fixed gathering for the sutra practice offering. They made one hundred million tsha-tshas.

A certain initiation was given. Some monastic and lay people, including the three-year retreatants from Yang-steg in Tsang, the three monks from Tsechen Monastery associated with Dong, and the abbot of Lhading hermitage, along with three "Ge-bu" (dge bu) disciples, received an initiation. Generally, although profound instructions were not given to those who came to listen to the Dharma seeking temporary fame, as much as possible, the principles of renunciation, karma, and bodhicitta were explained. As a result, some changed their minds, confessed, and observed vows. There were also some who did this. He and the two Chos-drungs of Pha-lha received extensive long-life offerings from (414). Zhab-drung brought the extremely rare, direct teachings of the great Abbot, the "Garland of Views" (lta phreng) and the secret commentary on Yangdag, "Tibetan Explanation" (bod longs), Nyang's "History of Dharma" (chos 'byung), Rongpa's commentary on the "Garland of Views" (lta phreng gi 'grel pa), and the two texts on "Entering the Great Vehicle Path" (theg pa chen po'i tshul la 'jug pa). In the catalog of the mid-Narthang edition of the Tanjur, only the name of the commentary on the "Garland of Views" was listed, but the actual content was missing. This time, it was brought here. Throughout Tibet, upon seeing this treatise by the master of the ten bhumis, the tongues of those scholars who usually boast about being Nyingma and Dzogchen practitioners became like the judgment of Yama, and they had to cultivate a second tongue. He went to Chuwo Ri to attend the funeral of the suddenly deceased Iron Bridge Rinpoche. The cremation was performed through the Eight Herukas Gathering of Bliss (bka' brgyad bder 'dus), and the peaceful and wrathful deities were invoked for a week. A hundred thousand fire offerings were made, etc. Renunciation arose in the minds of all, both self and others, thinking, "Such a thing will also happen to us." Although even Indian masters like Vasubandhu (dbyig gnyen) and Dignaga (phyogs kyi glang po) are examined to determine whether they are ordinary beings or saints, in Tibet, although those who are full of ignorance and have not even reached the stage of accumulation are treated with non-scholastic respect, this becomes an obstacle to purifying the obscurations in their minds. Therefore, they were advised to strive for ganachakra and offerings, which are the main aspects of realization, and to strive to purify the aspects to be abandoned on the paths of seeing and meditation of the Tathagatagarbha through skillful means, power, and aspiration. Fifteen silver coins were distributed to the Sangha of Chuwo Ri. He taught the (415) design of the stupa and also performed a long-life ritual upon departure. Here, I saw a Ne-le with clipped wings.
