རིག་པ་ཧྲཱི ཡིག་ (༥༢༧)འུྃ དམར་པོར་གསལ སྤྱི་བོའི་ཁྲུ་གང་ཙམ་གྱི་སྟེང་ སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ནི མཚན་དཔེ་རྫོགས་པའི་ཕུང་པོར་གསལ མོས་གུས་དྲག་པོས་གསོལ་བ་གདབ ཞེས་པ་གཞན་དུ་མ་ཡེངས་པར རྩེ་གཅིག་འདུན་པའི་ཞུར་ལ་དྲངས རྐན་གྱི་སྦུབས་ནས་ཧྲཱིཧྲཱིཞེསལྔ་ཚར་ཕྲུགས་གཅིག་བརྗོད་པ་དང་ ལྷན་ཅིག་སྟོད་གཅུམ་མགོ་བོ་སྒྲིམ དེ་ཚེ་རིག་པ་ཧྲཱི དམར་པོ ཤོག་སྐྱ་རླུང་གིས་བཏེག་པ་བཞིན ཡར་ཡར་འགྲོ་བའི་ངང་དེ་ལ ཕཊ ཅེས་དྲག་པོས་མདའ་ལྟར་འཕངས འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་བསྟིམ དེ་ལྟར་ཡང་ཡང་འབད་པ་ཡིས འབྱོངས་རྟགས་ཚངས་བུག་འཕར་བ་དང་ མགོ་ན་ཆུ་སེར་ཟིལ་པ་ཕྲུམ འཇག་མ་འདལ་གྱིས་ཚུགས་སེགས་འབྱུང་ དེ་ཚེ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་སྐུ འོད་དུ་ཞུ་ནས་རང་ལ་བསྟིམ རྐྱེན་དེས་སྐད་ཅིག་དན་རྫོགས་སུ རང་ཡང་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་དུ་གྱུར (༥༢༨)འུཾ ཨ་མར་ཎི་ཚར་བརྒྱ་བརྗོད དགེ་བ་བསྔོ་ཞིང་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ དེས་ནི་ཚེ་ལ་མི་གནོད་སྟེང་ རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བདེན་པས་ཚེ་གེགས་ཞི གསང་སྔགས་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ཆེ་བའི་ལམ མ་བསྒོམས་སངས་རྒྱས་འཕོ་བའི་གནད སྙིང་དང་མིག་ལས་གཅེས་པར་ཟུངས ས་མ་ཡ གསོལ་འདེབས་ནི ཨེ་མ་ཧོ གནས་རང་སྣང་དོན་གྱི་འོག་མིན་ན ཡེད་དང་བརྒྱའི་འཇའ་གུར་འཁྲིགས་པའི་ཀློང་ སྐྱབས་ཀུན་འདུས་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ནི སྐུ་ཐ་མལ་མ་ཡིན་དངས་མའི་ལུས དཔལ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་མཐའི་ངོ་བོར་བཞུགས ཡིད་མོས་གུས་གདུང་བས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས ལམ་འཕོ་བ་འབྱོངས་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས གནས་འོག་མིན་འགྲོད་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས དབྱིངས་ཆོས་སྐུའི་རྒྱལ་ས་ཟིན་པར་ཤོག ཕཊ སྤྲུལ་སྐུ། ཕཊ ལོངས་སྐུ། ཕཊ ཆོས་སྐུ། ཕཊ མི་འགྱུར། ཕཊ མངོན་བྱང་།། །། (༥༢༩)གཤིན་པོ་ལ་འཕོ་བ་འདེབས་པའི་སྔ་རོལ་དུ་མིང་ནས་རན་པར་བོས་ལ། ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་འཆི་བ་མི་རྟག་པ་སླེབ་སོང་ངོ་། །ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ། དེ་ཡང་འཆི་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དེ་ཁྱོད་གཅིག་པུ་ལ་བྱུང་བ་མ་ཡིན། །འགྲོ་བ་རྒྱུད་ལྔ་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལམ་པོ་ཆེ་ཡིན་པས་ལེན་གཅིག་སྐྱེས་ཚར་ནས་མཐར་འཆི་བ་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཡིན། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་མཐུ་ཆེ་ཞིང་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་ལྡན་པ་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ནས་འཚོ་བ་ལམ་ཟན་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་མུ་ཏོ་བ་ཡན་ཆད་ཚེ་ཐར་ལ་སོང་བ་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མེད་པས་སེམས་ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་པར་མ་མཛད་ཅིག །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གཉེན་འཁོར་ཡུལ་གཞིས་ནོར་རྫས་ལ་སོགས་པ་གང་ལ་ཆགས་ཀྱང་དེ་དག་རང་གི་རྗེས་སུ་མི་འབྲང་། རང་ཉིད་དེ་དག་དང་འགྲོགས་པའི་དུ

智慧舍（藏文：ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：惭）字。(527) 嗡（藏文：འུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字红色明观，在头顶一肘之上， 释迦牟尼佛是相好圆满的聚积之身明观，以猛烈的虔诚祈祷， 所谓不向其他处散乱， 引导向一心一意的专注， 从上颚的空隙中念诵五遍“ཧྲཱིཧྲཱི”，与此同时上身蜷缩头部收紧， 此时智慧ཧྲཱི（藏文：ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：惭）字红色， 如同薄纸被风吹起一般， 在向上升腾的状态中， 念诵“ཕཊ” （藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）字猛烈地如箭射出，融入无量光佛的心间， 这样反复努力， 证验是梵穴跳动， 头上黄色液体滴落， 如同茅草倒伏一般身体摇晃， 此时无量光佛的身， 化为光融入自身， 因此刹那间圆满， 自己也变成无量寿佛。(528) 嗡（藏文：འུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字，念诵一百遍ཨ་མར་ཎི，回向善根并发愿， 这样不会损害寿命， 以缘起真谛消除寿命的障碍， 未经修习密咒方便的殊胜道， 不修也能成就往生佛陀的关键， 比心和眼睛更珍爱地守护， 萨玛雅，祈祷文是： 唉玛吙！ 处所自显现真实之密严刹土中， 虹光帐幕层叠的虚空中， 皈依总集根本上师是， 非凡庸的清净之身， 安住于具德释迦牟尼佛的体性中， 以信心虔诚悲切地祈祷， 祈请加持通达往生之道， 祈请加持前往密严刹土， 愿证得法身之王位。 ཕཊ（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）！化身。ཕཊ（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）！报身。ཕཊ（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）！法身。ཕཊ（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）！不变。ཕཊ（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）！现证菩提。 （529）在为亡者进行颇瓦之前，先呼唤亡者的名字三次：“某某，你已经面临无常的死亡了！”。死亡这件事不是只发生在你一个人身上，是所有五道众生都要经历的道路，一生下来最终必然会死亡。世间上，无论是拥有权势财富的转轮圣王，还是依靠残羹剩饭为生的乞丐，没有一个人能够逃脱死亡，所以不要灰心。同样，无论你执着于亲友、家园、财产等等，这些都不会跟随你，你和它们相伴的时间

Above the crown of the head, about one cubit, is the Buddha Amitabha, visualized as a collection of perfect marks and signs. Pray with intense devotion, without being distracted elsewhere, direct your attention to single-pointed concentration. From the cavity of the palate, recite "HRI HRI" five times in one breath, while contracting the upper body and tightening the head. At that time, the wisdom HRI (Tibetan: ཧྲཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame) syllable, red in color, is like a thin paper lifted by the wind, in the state of rising upwards, forcefully shoot the syllable PHAT (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat) like an arrow, and dissolve it into the heart of Amitabha. By repeatedly exerting effort in this way, the signs of accomplishment are that the Brahma hole pulsates, yellow liquid drips from the head, and the body sways like reeds collapsing. At that time, the body of Amitabha dissolves into light and merges into oneself. As a result, in an instant, one becomes complete, and one also becomes Amitayus. (528) Recite the OM (Tibetan: འུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: OM) syllable, recite Amarani a hundred times, dedicate the merit and make aspirations. In this way, it will not harm life, and by the truth of dependent origination, life's obstacles will be pacified. The great path of secret mantra methods, the key to transferring to Buddhahood without practice, hold it more dear than heart and eyes. Samaya. The prayer is: Emaho! In the realm of self-arising reality, the Akanishta, in the space where rainbow tents are layered, the root guru, the embodiment of all refuges, is a pure body that is not ordinary, residing in the essence of glorious Amitabha. Pray with faith, devotion, and longing, please bless the path of transference to be accomplished, please bless the journey to Akanishta, may I attain the kingdom of the Dharmakaya.
