The twenty-eight constellations, six each of green, red, white, blue, and cyan, and four yellow ones are decorated with hoopoe feathers. The ten directional guardians have four white ones, and one each of red, yellow, blue, and black, with two green ones, decorated with hummingbird feathers. The nine terrifying deities are decorated with owl feathers of either sky blue or green. The eight nagas are blue, decorated with kingfisher feathers. The four great kings are decorated with vulture feathers of their respective colors, and the feathers can be decorated with rainbow colors or solid colors as desired. If not otherwise specified, use the feathers of any carnivorous bird, and all feathers except for peacocks should be half-downward, with one side like the back of a sword, with one side being the tip of two antennas, and the other side bent, decorated with cotton thread on both sides of the sky.
