Due to karma and conditions, the power and limbs of the nagas (34) are weakened, and all harm from garudas, fire, gravel, and mantras is restored by the power of bodhicitta, auspicious substances, and mantras. Saying this, scatter from the naga vase to the naga supports, etc. After every seven sambharas, make the mudras of the four tathagatas, and the mudra that pleases the nagas, and recite: Om hili hili maha hili phrum phu svaha. Recite seven times. Recite the mantra as much as possible. Importantly, make one torma with flour mixed with naga medicine, and a torma mixed with the patient's filth. Repeat the treatment until the patient is cured. Fifth, proclaim the oath: Hrih (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) I am the noble Avalokiteshvara, loving all beings like a child, the nature of great compassion. All beings are none other than parents and friends, without exception. Good deeds lead to the heavenly realm, and bad deeds lead to the lower realms. Therefore, to parents (35) Om (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), and those who harm, who can endure such consequences? Today's benefactor, so-and-so, all that you have offended, explain with words and compensate with wealth. After the blood feud is resolved, if you still do not abandon the intention to harm, then you do not listen to the teachings of the Victorious Ones, and you despise karma and cause and effect. The nagas and demons will be angered and drink your heart's blood. The healing medicine will also turn into poison, and a fierce rain of mantra fire will fall, releasing the blood weapon of the black garuda. Therefore, do not transgress the oath, and abide in peace. Saying this, cultivate great compassion for both the demon and the patient, which is of great benefit. Sixth, expel the poison: Connect the patient's toe and the naga image with a black thread. Visualize yourself as the blazing Hayagriva, and wash the patient with water from the activity vase. All diseases and demons are expelled from the urethra, and the disease disappears without self-nature (36). Visualize the ghostly images taking them away, and recite: Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) I am the great glorious Heruka, the sound of the horse's neigh shakes the three thousand worlds, the garuda's claws scratch and seduce evil.
