In this supreme place of manifestation of Samadhi, the sacred substances for fulfilling the commitment are: (311) Om (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)! Actually arranged and arising from the mind, Bodhicitta and Amrita, intoxicating heroes, a turbulent sea of blood, and the essence of living beings, with these, fulfill the commitment. Various meats and heart's blood, the three whites, three sweets, and six tastes of food, the offerings of Bhaling Torma, and the offerings of visual objects, with these, fulfill the commitment. The three sections of white mustard seeds, mixed with poisonous blood, the cause of disease, fresh blood, billowing steam, with these, fulfill the commitment of those with desire. Wisdom's vermilion and skull-cup hat, various great meats, blood, hearts, and organs, a peacock banner and a Citta crest, silk brocade and a dark blue tent, a fox's head and a life-sustaining heart, pork blood and black sheepskin, leg-bone flute, skull drum, and back offerings, etc., with these supporting substances, fulfill the commitment. Black birds, black sheep, black dog blood, human, dog, horse, and ox bezoar, fields and various fruits, with these fulfilling substances, fulfill the commitment. Horse and black yak, knife and heart, with these, fulfill the commitment of glorious Protector. With my flesh and blood, a great burnt offering, with this, fulfill the commitment of the great being. Flesh, blood, heart, organs, and liver, with these, fulfill the commitment of the planetary demons and their retinue. With my flesh and blood, a great burnt offering, with this, fulfill the commitment of the great being. Flesh, blood, heart, organs, and liver, with these, fulfill the commitment of the planetary demons and their retinue. White sweets, milk, horse, donkey meat, with these, fulfill the commitment of the Mistress of the Cemetery. In short, all of existence, container and contents, in the realm of the six senses, with sacred substances appropriate to each, fulfill the commitment of the entire retinue of manifestations. Especially at the end of time, the happiness and suffering of existence are done as one pleases, the five elements are also within the space of the five mothers, therefore, she is known as the Worldly Mother. Although there is no conceptual thought in the essence, when arising as a manifestation of power, the Mother who holds good and bad, is fierce and cruel, unskilled in yogic methods, and under the power of worldly ignorance, the goddess's oath (313) Om (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)! Whatever vows, now, all have not been taken, white and red offerings, hearths, and so on, actions that are contrary to the heart, I confess to you, please accept forgiveness.
