་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་དེར་སྐུས་འདུལ་བའི་ཆོས་ཉོན་ལ་ཕྱི་ནང་གི་སྒྲོ་འདོགས་ཆོད་ལ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ་བཞུད་ཅིག །ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་ན་དཔལ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཡོད་དེ། དེ་ན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་སྒོ་ནས་འདུལ་བའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་པ་ཞིག་ཡོད་ཀྱིས། དེར་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་མ་འཇིགས་པར་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱིས་འདུལ་བའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་པ་དེ་ཉོན་ལ་ཕྱི་ནང་གི་སྒྲོ་འདོགས་ཆོད་ལ་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀ་དག་གི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ་བཞུད་ཅིག །ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་ན་པདྨ་བརྩེག་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཡོད་དེ། དེ་ན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཞེས་ (༢༦༠)བྱ་བ་ཡོད་ཀྱིས། དེ་ན་གསུང་གི་འདུལ་བའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་ཏོ། །དེར་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་མ་འཇིགས་པར་གསུང་གིས་འདུལ་བའི་ཆོས་ཉོན་ལ་ཕྱི་ནང་གི་སྒྲོ་འདོགས་ཆོད་ལ་དེར་མ་གནས་པར་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀ་དག་གི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ་བཞུད་ཅིག །བྱང་ཕྱོགས་ན་ལས་རབ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཡོད་དེ། དེ་ན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡོད་ཀྱིས། དེར་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱིས་འདུལ་བའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ལ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་མ་འཇིགས་པར་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱིས་འདུལ་བའི་ཆོས་ཉོན་ལ་ཕྱི་ནང་གི་སྒྲོ་འདོགས་ཆོད་ལ་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀ་དག་གི་སར་བཞུད་ཅིག །དབུས་ན་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཆེན་པོ་མེ་རི་འབར་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡོད་ཀྱིས། །དེ་ཡང་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡ་ང་བ། འཇིགས་ཤིང་སྐྱི་བུང་བ། སྐྲག་ཅིང་སྡངས་བ་ཞིག་ཡོད་དེ། དེ་ན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་པདྨ་དབང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ཡོད་ཀྱིས། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་དེ་ལ་མ་འཇིགས་པར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་ལ་རིག་པ་རང་གནས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡོད་ཀྱིས། (༢༦༡)དབང་དེ་ནོས་ལ་ཆོས་ཉིད་རང་སྣང་གི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་མ་འཇིགས་མདང་ངས་མ་སྐྲག་པར་སོང་ཞིག །ཅེས་ལམ་བསྟན་ནས་ཞག་གྲངས་མང་པོའི་ཚ་ནུབ་ཐ་མ་དང་། ཉིན་ཆོག་ལ་དེ་མ་ཐག་པར་བྱང་བུའི་རྣམ་ཤེས་ཧཱུྃ་གི་རྣམ་པས་ཞིང་ཁམས་དེ་དག་ཏུ་འཕངས་པར་བྱའོ། །རྒྱུད་ལས་ཞིང་བཅུ་དུར་ཁྲོད་མེ་རི་འབར་བ་དང་བཅུ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གསུངས་ཀྱང་། དེར་རྣམ་གྲོལ་དབུགས་ཆེན་འབྱིན་པ་ལྔར་བསྡུས་ལ། ཞིང་ཁམས་འདི་རྣམས་སུ་བདག་སྟོབས་གཞན་སྟོབས་གང་གིས་དབུགས་ཕྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ཡང་རིགས་དང་ལས་འབྲེལ་ཡོད་པའི་ཞིང་གང་དུ་སྐྱེས་པ་དེར་རྒྱུད་སྨིན་ནས་དབུས་ཀྱི་ཁྲོ་བོའི་ཞལ་མ

种姓之子，你在此听闻以身调伏之法，断除内外之执着，前往极乐世界吧！南方有具光辉的净土，那里有化身如来、应供、正遍知，名为宝生如来，以功德之门调伏众生的法。种姓之子，你不要害怕，听闻以功德调伏之法，断除内外之执着，前往法性本净的净土吧！西方有名为莲花庄严的净土，那里有化身如来、应供、正遍知，名为无量光（260）。在那里宣说以语调伏之法。种姓之子，你不要害怕，听闻以语调伏之法，断除内外之执着，不要停留在那里，前往法性本净的净土吧！北方有事业圆满的净土，那里有如来、应供、正遍知，化身名号为不空成就如来。在那里以事业调伏之法。种姓之子，你不要害怕，听闻以事业调伏之法，断除内外之执着，前往法性本净之地吧！中央有大尸陀林名为火焰山。那里极其可怕，令人恐惧毛骨悚然，惊慌而憎恶。那里有薄伽梵莲花自在王。种姓之子，你不要害怕，对薄伽梵莲花自在王有自住本觉之灌顶。（261）接受那个灌顶，在法性自显的虚空中，不要害怕，不要畏惧，不要惊慌，前行吧！如此指示道路后，在许多天的最后时刻，以及白天结束时，立即将写有（种子字：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的纸条之识，抛向那些净土。续部中说有十个净土和火焰尸陀林共十一个，但此处归纳为五种解脱大呼吸。无论以自力或他力，在这些净土中，以何种方式呼出气息，都将在与种姓和业有关联的净土中成熟，并面向中央忿怒尊之口。

Son of lineage, listen here to the Dharma of taming through the body, cut off the attachments of inner and outer, and proceed to the Pure Land of Sukhavati! In the southern direction, there is a glorious Pure Land. There, the emanation body, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, named Ratnasambhava, teaches the Dharma of taming through the gate of qualities. Son of lineage, do not be afraid, listen to the Dharma of taming through qualities, cut off the attachments of inner and outer, and proceed to the Pure Land of Dharma-nature, primordially pure! In the western direction, there is a Pure Land called Padma Stack. There, the emanation body, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, named Amitabha (260). There, he teaches the Dharma of taming through speech. Son of lineage, do not be afraid, listen to the Dharma of taming through speech, cut off the attachments of inner and outer, do not remain there, and proceed to the Pure Land of Dharma-nature, primordially pure! In the northern direction, there is a Pure Land of perfectly complete action. There, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the emanation body named Amoghasiddhi, teaches the Dharma of taming through action. Son of lineage, do not be afraid, listen to the Dharma of taming through action, cut off the attachments of inner and outer, and proceed to the ground of Dharma-nature, primordially pure! In the center, there is a great charnel ground called the Blazing Fire Mountain. It is extremely terrifying, frightening and hair-raising, causing fear and aversion. There, there is the Bhagavan Padmavanggyalpo. Son of lineage, do not be afraid of him. The Bhagavan has the empowerment of self-abiding awareness. (261) Receive that empowerment, and in the sky of self-arisen Dharma-nature, do not be afraid, do not be timid, do not be frightened, go forth! Thus, after showing the path, at the final moment of many days, and at the end of the day, immediately cast the consciousness of the paper slip, in the form of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), into those Pure Lands. Although the tantra speaks of ten Pure Lands and the Blazing Fire charnel ground as eleven, here they are condensed into five great breaths of liberation. Whether one exhales through self-power or other-power in these Pure Lands, one will ripen in the Pure Land connected to one's lineage and karma, and face the mouth of the central wrathful deity.
