The four empowerments are repeatedly bestowed. Just as iron is melted, it is very important to be thoroughly refined. Here, according to the Paramita Vehicle, in the positions of heat and peak, the five faculties are practiced, and in the positions of forbearance and supreme dharma, the five powers are practiced. As the essence of the wisdom of the four aspects of the decisive part of the path of joining, in the state of equipoise, there is non-conceptual wisdom, and in the subsequent attainment, there are both conceptual and non-conceptual, as appropriate. Relying on the four opponents, the seeds of the obscurations to be abandoned are diminished, thereby realizing the difference of the two selflessnesses of the wisdom born of meditation. It possesses many differences in qualities such as clairvoyance and direct perception. Starting from the great accumulation path, this wisdom is close to the path of seeing because the warmth is stable. The Great Commentary on the Eight Thousand Verses () says, "If there are no obstacles, the path of seeing will be very close." This should be understood as being in accordance with the part of liberation, and is a characteristic of this. Such a change in the path of joining is regarded as what is referred to here. Second, since it shows that it is the same as the path of seeing of the Paramitas, it is named the Yoga of the Path of Seeing, which is divided into three types: large, medium, and small. First is the small yoga. It says, "The abbot himself and the places of deterioration, expelled from the place, realizing mindlessness, emptiness, stainlessness like the sky, is called the Small Yoga of the Path of Seeing." Therefore, the previous single-pointed yoga does not completely remain in profound and dry understanding, but sharpens the awareness and deepens the key points step by step. By the power of one's own devotion and the guru's yoga, it is like hammering, or even further. Not for the sake of searching, but at this time, from the depths of the heart, like a lion roaming in the mountains, wandering in the charnel ground, experiencing the profundity, turmoil, and fear of Chöd, etc. Due to direct causes, the meditation that was previously suppressed by the opponents () is merely an acknowledgment and attachment to clarity and emptiness. That comfortable, happy, and joyful meditation, like honey sticking to beeswax, once the target is lost, the nature of awareness becomes clear, and in the state of non-conceptuality, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana naturally cease. Free from all attachments such as existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, a state like the center of the sky appears, which is called the Small Freedom from Elaborations by Mahamudra. At this time, there is little hearing, and being

Those that have ended, because the previous experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality has disappeared, I wonder if I have become a poor practitioner? Thinking wildly like this, I remember many things in my mind, and I also feel annoyed. Those who are very drowsy think that there is no practice or what is this, and they are eager to do things and are carried away by distraction. At that time, know that those are obstacles, abandon discouragement and excessive partiality, and take the present mindfulness as practice and complete it. Understanding this (), it is very important to maintain the state of non-attachment without arrogance and without error. Second, the middle-grade yoga is, it says there: The stains of emptiness-grasping mind and experience have been removed, whatever arises, the memory of conceptual thought is rootless, and realization is the middle-grade yoga of the path of seeing. Thus, the previous clarity and emptiness, like the center of the sky, transcends the extremes of existence, non-existence, permanence, and annihilation. The subtle emptiness-grasping that arises from this certain understanding falls off like the skin of a snake. For any arising conceptual thought, there is no need to expand it with focused mindfulness, but rather let the conceptual thought empty itself, appearing rootless and baseless. This goes naturally with the nature of mindfulness alone. If mindfulness is not clear, it is no different from the ordinary, so at this time, do not be distracted, entrust the core of the view to non-meditation, and Mahamudra calls it the middle-grade free from elaboration. The third is, it says there: Appearances are known as mind, and the nature of mind is also rootless, but those who have subtle stains of emptiness-grasping mind are called the great yoga of the path of seeing. Thus, when falsely established by conceptual thought, appearances are misunderstood as the magical display of the mind. When the mind is placed on appearances, appearances and mind are liberated in rootlessness. Although it seems that emptiness-grasping has ceased in its own nature, if measured by the higher path, then awareness still has subtle emptiness-grasping stained by the defilements of the mind, which is similar to what is said in the Mind Section of Dzogchen, that samadhi is not affected by sinking, agitation, and other factors. For this, there is nothing to guard in practice, and if the key point is hit, the consciousness of the mind will be transformed, so even if you do not practice it intentionally, you can be free from experience, but if you can continuously cultivate spontaneously arising awareness, the opportunity to obtain liberation will be very great. Even so, in other explanations of the four unions, even if you do not practice this, you can remain undistracted and unconfused, and even in dreams
