In the vast expanse of wisdom, there is the spontaneously accomplished Akaniṣṭha realm, exceedingly delightful, outwardly of the nature of a five-peaked stupa, inwardly a self-arisen vajra palace. When pressed, it is soft; when lifted, it is towering. Outwardly clear, inwardly clear, formed from the essence of wisdom jewels. Its expanse and arrangement are inconceivable, surrounded by the eight great charnel grounds adorned with the eight forms of vidyādhara lands and ḍākinīs, composed of stupas, trees, fire, water, and clouds, terrifying and hair-raising. Surrounding it are a vajra fence and a great blaze of wisdom fire. In the center of that great, rational, immeasurable palace, the self-nature basis, Samantabhadra, dark blue in color, in union with his consort, seated in vajra posture, adorned with meditative equipoise, in the expanse of great wisdom bliss. Upon a fearless lion throne, on a lotus and moon seat, the Bhagavan (119) Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). The past All-Knowing One, Vairochana, white in color. Four faces, the main face white, the right face yellow, the left face red, the rear face green. The two hands holding a wheel are placed in meditative equipoise, seated in vajra posture, with an elephant in the east, a supreme horse in the south, a peacock in the west, and a garuḍa in the north, on thrones of lotus and moon, the four Tathāgata families, one face and two arms, the right hands holding vajras with handles made of their respective families, and the left hands holding bells. All five are adorned with silks and jewels, embracing their consorts of self-light who hold curved knives and skull cups. In the four inner and outer corners of these, the eight inner and outer bodhisattvas, such as Akashagarbha, are embraced by the eight inner and outer consorts, such as Vajra Lasya, all in bodhisattva posture, adorned with all precious ornaments. From the power of their compassion, the six emanated Buddhas, such as the banners of the four directions and the Tagzang Ris in the upper and lower directions, stand upright as a sign of going for the benefit of beings. At the four doors, the male and female gatekeepers dance in the manner of great wrathful deities, dwelling in a blaze of burning flames. From the clear light of their bodies, above, in the midst of the fiercely blazing fire of the wisdom kalpa, are the blood-drinking ones.

The mandala of the assembly of fifty-eight deities is extremely terrifying. All of them have uncertain body colors and hand gestures, appearing without inherent existence, like reflections in a mirror, clearly arising and dissolving in an instant. This clarifies it. If it is for the purpose of receiving disciples or for the purification of the deceased, then one must also understand how to generate the emanation of the empowerment vase mandala from the framework of that single ritual. Second, in order to accumulate merit, the practice of generating the front deity is divided into two stages: the preliminary generation of the mind of enlightenment and the main practice of (121) Hūṃ. First, the conventional truth is: I and limitless sentient beings, although we are inherently Buddhas, due to the power of conceptual thought, we wander in samsara. We generate the mind of supreme enlightenment. The ultimate truth is: Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma, the secret of all perfect Buddhas, from the unborn, all is born, in the very moment of birth, there is no birth. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma, the secret of all perfect Buddhas, from the unceasing, all ceases, in the very moment of cessation, there is no cessation. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma, the secret of all perfect Buddhas, from the un abiding, all abides, in the very moment of abiding, there is no abiding. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma, the secret of all perfect Buddhas, from the un focused, all is focused, in the very moment of focusing, there is no focus. Emaho, wondrous and (122) amazing Dharma, the secret of all perfect Buddhas, from the un going and coming, there is going and coming, in the very moment of going and coming, there is no going and coming. Second, there are three samādhis, the basis is the celestial palace, the dependent is the deity visualization, and the four aspects of accumulating merit. The first also has three aspects. Suchness is: In the very nature of things, there is no thing, it transcends the realm of conceptual thought and speech. This is the wisdom of the suchness realm, therefore there is no thing. All-appearing is: Although suchness is without elaboration, the nature is the realm of all-appearing. For the sake of compassion for all sentient beings, one meditates on space in space. The samādhi of the cause is: From nothingness, various clouds of things arise and change. The mind itself, without a foundation, is the root of all phenomena. The mind itself is the nature of letters, the letters are like wish-fulfilling jewels.
