You are separated from the body of flesh and blood composed of impurities, so the sound, light, and rays of the dharmata bardo are meaningless. Recognize that self-appearance is without self-nature and seize the stronghold! If you cannot calm down, remember the pure land of Sukhavati (བདེ་བ་ཅན་). Generate devotion and go there! There is no doubt that you will meet Buddha Amitābha (སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས)." Speak with a pleasant voice. Even saying these things from the beginning of entering the stages of dissolution will be very good.
