Now, when the sky is clear, place awareness in the dharmadhatu. Since the time of my निश्चित रूप से death has come, I should pass into nirvana in the realm of non-elaboration. Thinking thus, after exhaling the last breath, to leave the consciousness without attachment is a very swift path. Moreover, the tantra says: The way to enter the abodes is, the instruction of transferring from one city to another, training by riding the winds of consciousness. Of these, it is best to be skilled in the above. It is best to gather and release awareness. Of these, it is released with a "hik". That meets the face of the lama. Therefore, when the last breath goes out, imagine in the heart a white (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable, shooting upwards from the Brahma hole, and at the same time, reciting twenty-one "hik" syllables, one will be liberated. As the words of the tantra state, it is best to practice from now on. For those who possess such key points, there is also the passing into nirvana through the certainty of the stages of dissolution, relying on the path, the way of transference of consciousness of a Bodhisattva. At this time, if clarified with a single 'chik', then it is best that the lama, or if there is no lama, a vajra brother or sister who has not broken their vows, say this: O son of noble family, this clear light of the present is the actual self-arisen wisdom, so leave the mind uncorrected in this state, and in the upward breakthrough, you will become a Buddha. If there is a definite thought, then your awareness in the form of a white (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable, like an arrow shot from the Brahma hole, goes upwards, and in the direction above, there is a world of completely pure space. There, there is a Bhagavan called "King of Space". O son of noble family, do not be afraid of him, you have the power of the ground of the Great Perfection, the way of seeing. Request that power, and proceed into the ground appearance of the dharmata. At that time, you will become a Buddha on the ground of primordial purity. If you are not liberated there, then recognize all the appearances of the bardo of dharmata as self-appearances. As soon as you recognize your own nature, go blissfully into the dharmadhatu of primordial purity. Say this three times, and then remain in equanimity yourself. This is extracted from 'Self-Arisen Great Perfection' etc., so it is supremely excellent. Even if one has received the oral instruction, but does not have confidence, or for ordinary people, due to the activity of the gathering of the channels and winds, the four outer elements, the inner space

5. The Five Secret Lives. The subtle process of dissolution, complete with the twenty residual winds, is explained in detail in the Self-Arisen Tantra (), but here, for the sake of easy understanding for the foolish, the manner of the dissolution of the elements and the manner of the escape of the winds will be explained. As it says in the Conjunction of Sun and Moon: When earth dissolves into earth, the body becomes heavy and unable to rise. All strength to stand and walk is exhausted. When water dissolves into water, saliva and nasal mucus drip. Likewise, when fire dissolves into fire, the mouth and nose become very dry, and all the warmth of the body's extremities is lost. Likewise, when wind dissolves into wind, the breath becomes faint, the limbs tremble, and the eyes also become slanted and averted. Whoever experiences these signs will not remain here but will go elsewhere. Also, as it says in the Klong gsal: When the wind that binds escapes, the body cannot support itself, and the hips become weak. The limbs do not coordinate, and it is difficult to speak. The eyes roll back, and the breath is expelled outwards. When the wind that generates radiance escapes, the body, mouth, and nose are filled with mucus, and the smell of carrion emanates from the flesh. When the wind that separates the essence from the dregs escapes, food and drink cannot be digested, and the body's strength is lost. () When the wind that is associated with fire escapes, the body's warmth is lost from the extremities, and the body's radiance and splendor diminish. When the wind of karmic aeons escapes, the body experiences much itching and twitching, and the blood in the fine channels gathers in the life channel. And so on. At that time, appearances dissolve in this way: The external senses and memory become obscured as if in a dark night. Awareness dissolves into the center of the heart, speech becomes unclear, and memory is lost. And so on. At that time, the wind-mind in the lungs, like a blind horse, separates the collection of components that carry awareness, which is called mind, and awareness dissolves into the awareness in the heart, which is like a non-tipping doll. The exhaustion of the wind, exiting from the mouth and nose through the white and black channels, and not returning, is called the separation of mind and wisdom, which is death. At that time, one should benefit the deceased with the three aspects of the precious and profound secret instructions of the Great Tantra, the Conjunction of Sun and Moon (). For the one who has lost memory, connect their three places of mouth and nose with your own two holes of mouth and nose, and blow three times. The first time you blow, visualize a white Om The second time, visualize a red Ah The third time, blow from within the state of emptiness, and to all
