This is the key to the supreme excellence. At the break of dawn, exhale three long breaths with the sound "Ha," assume the lion's posture, and visualize in the sky above the crown of the head, about a bow's length away, a second white "Ah" syllable emanating from the "Ah" syllable in the heart, hovering in the air, and feel joy. Similarly, the key to exhausting the five elements of the winds in their own places, which are the limbs for generating the non-conceptual wisdom of the four meditations and () cessation, is as follows: Five red "Ah" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) अग्नि agni Fire, stacked. Four white "Ah" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) जल jala Water, stacked. Three green "Ah" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) वायु vāyu Wind, stacked. Two yellow "Ah" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) पृथ्वी pṛthvī Earth, stacked. One blue "Ah" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) आकाश ākāśa Space, single, etc., meditate on them in order. Because the "Ah" syllable has the meaning of abiding in non-arising. Discrimination is like fire, the experience of joy and bliss is like water, memory and discrimination are like wind, and being bound by the antidote of mindfulness is similar. The key to purifying the nature of what is to be abandoned and the antidote, along with its parts, is the uncommon intention of the great Pandit Vimalamitra. At those times, one should also recite with vocal enjoyment. As it is said in the "Sun and Moon Union Sutra": With the conduct of a bee, taste the flavor of all dharmas. With the conduct of a deer, abandon the objects that cause confusion. With the conduct of a mute, completely abandon the speech of delusion. () With the conduct of an osprey, cut off doubts about secret methods. With the conduct of a madman, abandon places of solitary dwelling. With the conduct of a lion, abandon the mind of fear and wander in the charnel ground. With the conduct of a dog and pig, abandon the discriminations of clean and unclean. Thus, from the beginner who engages in study, reflection, and meditation, like a bee, to the yogi who has mastered equality in pleasure and pain, good and bad, these seven types of conduct should be practiced according to one's own capacity, and thus one will be able to penetrate view and meditation. Third, explaining the boundaries of the four appearances. As it is said in the "Total Collection Sutra": From this, it transforms into four appearances: With the appearance of the direct perception of dharmata, it transcends the words of mental grasping. With the increase of experiential appearance, the appearance of delusion vanishes, and the wisdom of the bardo manifests. () With the appearance of perfected awareness, it transcends the path appearance of conceptualizing the three kayas. With the appearance of the exhaustion of dharmata, it cuts off the stream of samsara in the three realms. Thus, from what is to be purified and the result of purification

Corresponding to the four experiences are the five paths of the Paramita Vehicle. From the perspective of the swift path, the difference is vast, like the movement of chariots and the sun and moon. Among the four appearances of the King of Natural Great Perfection, the first is the appearance of the direct perception of Dharmata. Thus, during the day, one trains with the sun and crystal as supports for the Dharmakaya, and at night, one trains with the moon and water crystal as supports for the Sambhogakaya. In this way, during the day, obstacles to the growth of eye diseases are cleared away, and hot and cold are balanced. At night, by looking at Aloke, the support for the Nirmanakaya, it is easy to bring diligence onto the path. Also, one should first become accustomed to the support for viewing without directly touching it. Then, gradually guide it downwards and to the sides. Furthermore, if white is predominant, (right); if yellow is predominant, (up); if green is predominant, (left); if red is predominant, (down); if blue is predominant, (center). If all five appear equally, leave it as it is. If the appearance of thigle is not seen, the key is to look with both eyes together. At that time, starting from the first sight of the light of the Sugatagarbha in the heart, the appearance of space, and the pattern of rainbows, the lamp of the empty thigle, the sphere of light, the three forms of subtle thigle connected, and so on, will appear with changing clarity. In the intervals between these, like the sun and its rays, the awareness of Kadag, the clear and empty, inexpressible light, the awareness of Lhaktong, appears as the Vajra Chain. Just as the reflection in a face and a mirror are one in essence and nature, from the perspective of the relationship of cause and effect, awareness is called the Vajra Chain. One should also understand that this is how the name of the cause becomes the fruit. If this key point is not understood, those who grasp Dharmata as a real object and cling tightly to obscurations do not even understand a fraction of the view of Dzogchen. Therefore, the sign that awareness is liberated by relying on the key point of the channels is that there is a subtle, curved tremor. The sign that it is liberated by relying on thigle is that there is a union of subtle thigle at the curves. The sign that it is liberated by relying on the key point of wind is that it is mobile. Therefore, one should not let it scatter, but become accustomed to merging it into the space between space and thigle. In this way, the lamps of light will effortlessly become clearer and more stable. The three doors naturally relax, resulting in the samadhi of bliss, clarity, and non-thought.
