Thus, divide and categorize. (958) The seeds of illusory samsara are exhausted. Thus it is said. Secondly, the guidance of the mind, the preliminaries of the practice of the three doors also have three parts. First is the training of the body. From the 'Complete Transformation' it says: The preliminary of the body is, the causes of each action cease. With the vajra posture and so on, the training of the body is beneficial to the mind. Thus it is said, the vajra posture has two aspects, standing and sitting, the former is with the heels touching, the knees spread, the waist straight and upright. With the elbows of the two hands extended, the palms joined above the head without touching. The throat presses down on the Adam's apple, and the body is visualized as a blue three-pointed vajra, blazing with flames. When tired from this, use the latter unchanging vajra posture. Like the vajra, the body is completely straightened, causing the moving winds to cease. With the soles of the feet together, the winds of male, female, and neuter are exhausted, and one abides in the nature of clear light wisdom. With the two heels pressed against the secret place, the basis of desire is exhausted. With the palms joined above the head (959), one trains the essential points of the body. The all-knowing great being thinks thus. To remember purity, the three points upwards represent essence, nature, and great compassion, the three points downwards represent the three bodies, and the waist united as one represents the unity of primordial purity and spontaneous accomplishment, symbolizing the path. Doing so has three necessities. Commonly, fatigue eliminates the obscurations of the body. Especially, seeing the body as a blazing vajra, pacifies evil spirits and obstacles. Ultimately, attachment to the body is reversed, and the vajra body is accomplished. At this time, the interdependence is connected to the body, and the meaning of realization arising in the mind is that fatigue and other causes interrupt movement, memory, and sensation. Directly, awareness is left without support, making it easy to nail down with recognition. Secondly, the use of speech, from the 'Complete Transformation' it says: Speech abides as (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), there is blessing, training, and, gently entering the path (960). Thus, speech training is beneficial to the mind. Thus, four ways are shown. First, blessing also has two parts. Blessing the outer appearance is, in a secluded place, sit in the vajra posture. In the mouth, (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Reciting with a long intonation, makes all the outer appearances of large, small, stable, and moving become the path of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum).

Thinking of going. In a state where the teeth and lips are slightly touching, mix the three—wind, consciousness, and appearance—into one, without distraction. All appearances arise vividly as Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and if they become blurred, that is the measure of increasing stability. Therefore, it is necessary to liberate the appearance of objects into selflessness. Second, to increase the stability of the inner aggregates, again recite Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), causing all the external Hūṃs (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) to enter the body's sense doors one after another, and if they appear inside the abdomen, then the teeth, internal organs, flesh, and blood will become invisible and purified. If you feel that all the body's diseases are suppressed by Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), then that is the key to restraining the wind (961). Therefore, the body's elements are purified, and it is necessary to liberate the gross elements into non-leakage. Second, there are two practices for cultivating power. First, the practice of external appearance: Due to the forceful and fierce recitation of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), like lightning flashing in the sky, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) has a dark blue, black, sharp, and rapid force, and is suitable for the object it pierces. Like a meteorite falling, everything that appears on mountains, houses, roofs, etc., should be thought of as penetrating without any obstruction. Therefore, it is necessary to know that appearances are unreal. Second, the practice of cultivating the power of the inner aggregates: A dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) that is a span high pierces through your body, inside and out, without remainder, and think of it as being purified into dust, and recite Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) forcefully. The sign of mastery is that the body's muscles twitch like bubbles, and like the back of a mirror, the experience of selflessness arises. Therefore, the diseases and evil influences of the inner aggregates (962) are pacified, and it is necessary to liberate the body into luminosity. Third, finding suppleness: Place a support such as a wooden stick in front, and recite Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) with your mouth, visualizing a rosary of Hūṃs (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) connected like a flowing stream, gradually winding from the base of the support to the top, and placing the previous Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) like a spear standing at the top, focus your consciousness on this, and then slowly sing the song of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). When you feel tired, also focus your consciousness on the dissolution process of one merging into another, and finally gather it in your heart and rest. By practicing like this repeatedly, the inner and outer movements will become the path, and you will gain the merit of making your mind very supple, and you will be able to shift your focus to anywhere. Fourth, introducing the right path: Visualize yourself as Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), the color is
