到达某个地方时，生起非常寒冷的感觉，于是生起寻求温暖的想法，刹那间如梦境般错乱，转生到热地狱，下面全是烧红的铁地。周围的一切也是烧红的铁墙。上下没有界限，充满着火焰熊熊燃烧，在混乱之中，感受着有苏醒之苦的众生，和自己一样无法估量，那些众生因嗔恨的力量，互相之间，一个对另一个的寿命是百亿兆六十二万年。用各种武器互相殴打，身体变成成百上千块，难以忍受痛苦，有时昏迷不醒。在以为死亡的时候，从天空中央，传来“愿你复苏”的声音。又像以前一样复苏，在（760）周围感受着极其难以忍受的痛苦。黑线地狱是狱卒极其恐怖，在自己身上画八条线，用锋利的锯子锯开。那痛苦极其难以忍受，发出哀嚎并逃跑，生起一千二百九十六亿一十二年的感觉。之后是聚集摧毁地狱，进入像朗森山羊一样的面孔的岩石之间。身体像皮革一样被挤压在那些岩石之间。时间是三百六十八万零一亿年。甚至从毛孔里都流出鲜血。难以忍受痛苦，于是生起逃跑的感觉。号叫地狱是，到达铁房子里，门立即关闭。从四面八方燃烧着火焰，时间是二百九十四万七千亿年，身体被烧成灰尘。心想现在连逃跑的地方都没有了，发出号叫的声音时。大号叫地狱是三千五百五十二亿零六十六年。在那铁房子上又覆盖了一层铁房子，进入其中，心想现在从里面出来也出不去外面了，感受着比之前的痛苦大两倍的痛苦，极其可怜。热是铁的明亮和火焰燃烧

When I arrived at a certain place, I felt extremely cold, so I had the idea of seeking warmth. In an instant, like a confused dream, I was born in the hot hell, and everything below was a ground of burning iron. All around were also walls of burning iron. There was no boundary between above and below, and it was filled with flames burning fiercely. In the midst of the chaos, sentient beings were experiencing the suffering of being revived, and they were immeasurable like myself. Those beings, due to the power of hatred, had a lifespan of 620,000,000,000,000 years, one against the other. They beat each other with various weapons, and their bodies were torn into hundreds of thousands of pieces. Unable to bear the pain, they sometimes fainted. When they thought they were dead, a voice rang out from the center of the sky, "May you be revived!" Again, they were revived as before, and experienced extremely unbearable suffering in the (760) surroundings. In the Black Line Hell, the hell guards were extremely terrifying. They drew eight lines on their bodies and cut them open with sharp saws. The pain was so unbearable that they cried out and ran away, and the feeling of 1,296,000,000,012 years arose. Then there was the Gathering and Crushing Hell, where they entered between rocks with faces like Lang Seng goats. Their bodies were squeezed between those rocks like leather. The time was 368,000,000,001 years. Even blood flowed from their pores. Unable to bear the pain and suffering, the feeling of running away arose. The Howling Hell is when they arrive in an iron house, the door closes immediately. Flames burn from all directions, and the time is 294,700,000,000 years, and the body is burned to ashes. Thinking that there is no place to escape now, when they cry out with a howling sound. The Great Howling Hell is 355,200,000,066 years. On that iron house, another layer of iron house was covered, and they entered it, thinking that even if they came out from the inside, they would not be able to get out from the outside. They experienced twice as much suffering as before, and were extremely miserable. The heat is the brightness of iron and the burning of flames.

用铜器从臀部到头顶凿穿，从所有的感官之门中，红色的火焰熊熊燃烧。时间是八亿四千万亿六万五千三百（年）。有时整个身体被煮在沸腾的铜水中，经历着骨肉分离的痛苦。还有极热的地狱，三尖木桩的中间一根从头顶凿入，另外两根从左右肩膀凿入。寿命中间的间隔超过了人类年份的衡量范围。用烧红的铁片像布一样缠绕身体，在沸腾的铜水中煮生肉，导致血肉模糊，像骨头一样发白（762）。出生后，痛苦比以前大一百倍，无法忍受。发出“阿拉”、“乌丘”、“吉胡德”的强烈声音，然后出现逃跑的幻觉。无间地狱，四面八方无边无际，燃烧着极热的火焰，身体和火焰融为一体，听到噼啪的燃烧声，世界经历成住坏空，四个小劫为一个中劫，其寿命长短。除了身体的物质之外，还体验着无法忍受的痛苦。念诵着“阿匝玛”、“阿拉拉”、“乌丘”、“吉胡德吉胡德”等强烈的呼喊和呻吟，并观想它存在。然后，邬金莲花生大士瞬间出现在前方的天空中，说道：可怜的恶业众生啊！你积累了由极度嗔恨所引发的巨大恶业。因为对特殊的境地怀有强烈的愤怒，所以才会体验到地狱般的痛苦。我（763）以强烈的悔恨忏悔所有不善业。对所有与自己同类的众生生起强烈的慈悲心，并生起承担他人痛苦的勇气，或许才能从中解脱。过去，释迦牟尼佛转生在地狱中，名为贾达帕克希达，负责拉车。朋友卡玛鲁帕没有拉动车，地狱守卫生气了，用铁锤击打他的头，（我）对他朋友生起了无限的慈悲心。请把这辆车的绳子也套在我的脖子上，感受苦乐。

Piercing the body with copper instruments from the buttocks to the crown of the head, blazing red flames erupt from all sensory openings. The duration is eight hundred forty trillion six hundred fifty-three thousand years. Sometimes the entire body is boiled in scalding copper water, enduring the agony of flesh and bone separating. Moreover, in the intensely hot hell, the central one of three pointed stakes is driven through the crown of the head, and the other two through the left and right shoulders. The duration of life in between exceeds the measure of human years. The body is wrapped with scorching iron sheets like cloth, and raw flesh is boiled in scalding copper water, causing the flesh to scatter and turn as white as bones (762). Born into a state where the suffering is a hundred times greater than before, unbearable pain arises. Loud cries of "Ara," "Ukhyu," and "Kyihud" are uttered, and then the illusion of escape arises. In the Avici Hell, in all directions without limit, intensely hot flames burn, incinerating the body and fire into one, and the crackling sound of burning is heard. The world undergoes formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness; four minor eons constitute one intermediate eon, the duration of which is such that. Apart from the physical body, unbearable suffering is experienced. Cries and groans such as "Atsama," "Arara," "Ukhyu," "Kyihud Kyihud" are uttered, and it is contemplated as being present. Then, in the sky before them, Orgyen Padmasambhava instantly appears, saying: Alas, sentient beings of evil karma! You have accumulated immense negative actions arising from intense hatred. Because of harboring intense anger towards a particular place, you experience such hellish suffering. I (763) confess all non-virtuous actions with intense remorse. If you generate intense compassion for all sentient beings of your own kind, and cultivate the courage to take on the suffering of others, liberation from this may be possible. In the past, Shakyamuni Buddha was born in a hell realm as Gyada Pakshita, who was pulling a cart. When his friend Kamarupa could not pull the cart, the hell guard became angry and struck him on the head with an iron hammer, (I) generated immeasurable compassion for his friend. Please place the rope of this cart on my neck as well, experiencing both pleasure and pain.
