, behaving unconventionally. Although there are extensive histories of events such as his passing into nirvana, all of those now remain only as names. Believing that all conditioned phenomena like these are impermanent. Even though I myself have made plans to live for a few more years, thinking about the possibility of going to another world as soon as I wake up from sleep, I have generated immeasurable weariness (61). Remembering the king and subjects of Oddiyana, triggered by the arising of immeasurable tears. At that time, based on prayers that urge from the place of suffering and the essential point, the way of liberation of the Bardo appearances was made into root phrases, and this aspiration that can be recited was written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. The aspiration for the accomplishment of truthful words: Entering the City of Omniscience. I prostrate and take refuge in the Lama, the source of accomplishments, and the Three Jewels, the Bodhisattvas. Please bless me. May I, from this life until all lifetimes, obtain the precious human body endowed with the eighteen freedoms and advantages, and become a disciple of a qualified Lama. May I follow the precious teachings of the Victorious One, making my own mind the source of all higher realms and definite goodness, through hearing, thinking, and meditating (62). May the root of entering the Dharma—renunciation and the four thoughts that turn the mind—arise naturally in my mind, seeing the activities of endless samsara as a pit and a pit of fire. May I gain faith in the infallibility of cause and effect, and may I adopt and abandon even the slightest actions of virtue and vice. May I not be influenced by obstacles to the attainment of enlightenment, such as places, friends, noise, and bad circumstances, but be under the protection of the Three Jewels and study the path of the three types of individuals. May I abandon doubt about the essence of all the Sugatas, the kind and precious Lama, and the wrong view of regarding the Lama as an ordinary person, and may I see the Lama as the actual Buddha. Through that power, may I ripen the three doors through the four symbolic empowerments, and enter the secret path of the extraordinary Vajrayana. May the combination of supplication and devotion become the path, may the meaning of the expressed meaning be transferred to me, and may conceptualization be like space.

May it be auspicious! Through the complete practice of the generation stage Mahayoga, may I understand the three realms of container, content, and mandala, and attain the four stages of vidyadhara, becoming like Padmasambhava and Vimalamitra. Through the complete practice of Anuyoga, may I realize the nature of samsara and nirvana as inseparable bliss and emptiness, and gain control over the pure land of Akanishta. Through the complete practice of Dzogchen Atiyoga, may the appearances of phenomena dissolve into the expanse of dharmata, liberating into the youthful vase body, like the vidyadhara Garab Dorje. In short, from the time I began to train in the conduct of enlightenment, may all the actions of my body, speech, and mind become for the benefit of all sentient beings, my parents. At all times and in all circumstances, may not even a moment of thought of worldly contamination, which is not the holy Dharma, arise in my mind. If, overpowered by karma and habitual tendencies, a reversed and confused thought arises, may it not succeed. For the benefit of others, may I be fearless even in giving up my life, like the youth Dondrup. Having reached the stage of spontaneous accomplishment of both aims, may I be able to shake the ocean of the three realms of samsara from its depths, becoming endowed with the power of the ten strengths and the four fearlessnesses. May the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas promise to accomplish the harmony for the complete fulfillment of such a desire free from attachment. Homage to the sages who speak the truth. Om Dhare Dhare Bandhare Bandhare Svaha. May virtue become powerful! May the power of prayer become strong! May sins be quickly purified! Jaya Jaya Siddhi Siddhi Phala Phala Ah Ah Ha Sha Sa Ma Ma Ma Ko Ling Sa Manta. Khenpo Pawo Tsenpo of Dranang Monastery contributed to print a complete set of the Tara Four Mandala ritual. Sangri Chakzo Pelden contributed to cover all the expenses for writing the preliminary instructions, the practice of transference of consciousness (phowa), and the Dharma of attaining Buddhahood without meditation.
