I prostrate to the one who protects from the fear of flesh-eating demons, from doubts that entangle from all sides. I prostrate to the mother who instantly extinguishes the fierce fire of causes and conditions arising from the powerful waves of the river of desire, and likewise from the habit of hatred. I prostrate to the one who protects from the fear of the gluttonous ones, from the thieving behavior of those who aspire to the highest rank, from the view of the perishable aggregates, and from jealousy that turns appearances into enemies. I praise the one who protects from all the fears such as the claws of the lion of pride, the upholding of morality and views as supreme, the elimination of royal punishments, the separation from friends, poverty like hailstones, and the decline of meaning. Thus, the tenth prostration is done with reverence, through the door of remembering the benefits. Oṃ, I prostrate to the noble and venerable Mother Tara. I prostrate to Tara, swift and brave, and so on, up to "the supreme destroyer, the excellent Ture." Perform these prostrations twice. The eleventh, the Maṇḍala recitation, is as follows: Visualize a green TĀṂ (藏文，梵文天城体：ता，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) at the heart of the venerable mother, on a lotus and moon disc, surrounded by a garland of mantras. Recite the ten-syllable mantra, Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体：ओṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, Tāre, Tuttāre, Ture, Svāhā), ten thousand times if you have already done so, or one thousand times if you have not. Then, the recitation for transforming activities is as follows: First, if you wish to increase the cause of merit, the Bodhicitta, add Bodhicitta Svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体：बोधचित्त स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：bodhicitta svāhā，汉语字面意思：Bodhicitta, Svāhā) to the root mantra. Similarly, if you wish to protect from the eight great fears, add Dāna Traya (藏文，梵文天城体：दान त्रय，梵文罗马拟音：dāna traya，汉语字面意思：Three Gifts) before Svāhā. Nāma tāre meno hara hūṃ hara svāhā. When redeeming the life of a sick person (465): Māri cyai tshe bhrā nṛ dza svāhā. The special purpose of these should be understood from the Bliss Heart Treasure Vase. The prostrations of various activities, the extracted hundred-syllable mantra, are oral instructions. Twelfth, Supplication: Tāre. Starting from the seed syllables of the hundred thousand name mantras: O venerable and blessed compassionate mother, May I and all limitless sentient beings, Purify the two obscurations and quickly complete the two accumulations, May we attain perfect enlightenment. Until then, in all lifetimes, Having obtained the supreme bliss of gods and humans, When striving to accomplish omniscience, May all obstacles, demons, plagues, and diseases, And diseases that cause untimely death, Bad dreams and bad omens, And the eight fears and other harms, Be quickly pacified and eliminated. May all the auspicious, (466) blissful, and perfect things, Of the worldly and the transcendent, And all the meanings of increasing and expanding, Be effortlessly and spontaneously accomplished. May we diligently practice, may the sacred Dharma increase, May we always practice you and see your supreme face, May we realize the meaning of emptiness, and may the precious Bodhicitta, Increase and expand like the waxing moon. In that good and joyful mandala of the Victorious Ones, Born from the most beautiful lotus, Predicted by the Buddha Amitābha himself, may I also attain it there. The deity I have practiced in all lifetimes, The mother of the activities of all Buddhas of the three times, Green-blue, one face, two hands, swift, peaceful, and glorious, May the auspiciousness of the mother holding the utpala flower prevail. Thus, and the one place where benefit and happiness arise. Etc., and may the gods also send down rain in season, May the crops be abundant. May the king act according to Dharma, and may the world (467) also flourish. Etc., make prayers. The second mandala is: By the crest jewels of gods and demigods. Etc., and the venerable noble Tārā.
