Due to the control of laziness and sleep, neglecting meditation and practice is confessed and repented! Arise as an emanation from the realm of Dharma, dispel the obstacles to accomplishing enlightenment, pacify the decline of the vessel and essence of the world, (360) restore the decline of the power of the channels and winds, and accomplish the fruit of practice. Severance practice: Hūṃ, Samantabhadra who transcends the three times, naturally pure in the Akaniṣṭha realm, with the teacher and retinue complete with the three seats, turn the wheel of the great secret Vajra Dharma. Manifest the three abodes of deities, pure of substantial clinging, as the place where the tantras arise. When the mantra appears in its own nature before the fortunate emanation, in the Sound Cliff Living King Lake, the lineage of the glorious Self-Arisen Vajra, blessed by the ḍākinīs of the three places, when the door of the inexhaustible treasure is opened from the symbolic letters without worldly concerns, purify the basis of delusion, and accomplish the activities like dependent arising. Protecting the doctrine: Hūṃ, glorious listeners to the command, protect the land of Tibet, the twelve mother and sister protectors, come here and partake of the washing water of the torma, and accomplish the entrusted activities. Horse dance: Hūṃ, in this maṇḍala of wisdom ḍākinīs, all the oath-breakers who perversely (361) lead astray, suppress the life force of the nine vehicles, may they never rise again. Staṃ Bha Ya Nan. Then offer and praise, and receive the accomplishment: Ho, the commitment to practice the ḍākinīs is now ripe, the time to bestow accomplishment has arrived, from the non-abiding wisdom heart maṇḍala, the power of body, speech, and mind, and the union of the ten powers, I pray that you bestow it upon me now.
