The method of purifying the imprints of the four types of birth is not through the two coarse ones, but through the two subtle ones. The sun cushion is warmth, the moon cushion is moisture. The syllable HŪṂ (ཧཱུྃ,吽,hūṃ,seed syllable) is the consciousness or high realization of the intermediate state. For the sake of empowerment and accomplishment, the meaning of generating the four manifest enlightenments in accordance with the gradual purification is known through the explanation of the generation stage, "Going to the Lower Realm." The deity fully accomplished from this is the embodiment of all Buddhas, the actual Samaya being or essence, appearing as the signs and examples of the teacher Nangsi Zilnon. This pure union method must be understood as follows: As a symbol of all dharmas being of one taste in suchness, there is one face. Two hands indicate the union of method and wisdom. Being the union of bliss and emptiness, it is white with a reddish glow. As a sign of the completion of the Hearer's Vehicle, there is a Dharma robe. There is the shawl of a Bodhisattva. There is the wide skirt of Secret Mantra. (299) As a sign of abiding in the spontaneously accomplished Vidyadhara state, which is the essence of the five Buddha bodies of Mantra, which has exhausted abandonment and realization, the right hand holds a golden five-pronged vajra, and it also threatens the demons of grasping and conceptualization, performing the activity of subduing the wicked. As a sign of maturing and liberating sentient beings solely through the Fruition Vehicle, and holding disciples with the great accomplishment of the life-empowerment Vidyadhara, the left hand holds a vase of longevity in a bhumpa. As the nature of the three kayas and seven limbs that do not abide in either samsara or nirvana, a consort embraces the armpit. It has the ornaments of completing the empowerments of the five families. As a symbol of concealing self-benefit and engaging in benefiting others, the two feet are in the posture of royal ease. Because the disciples are made to pass into nirvana from the pinnacle of the vehicle, two teachers of the supreme vehicle (300) abide on the crown of the head. As a symbol of purifying the nature of samsara, the eight consciousness aggregates, into their respective places, it is surrounded by the eight Vidyadharas, who are the essence of the eight great Bodhisattvas and the eight practice sections. In short, the basis for generating all the dualistic illusions that appear as mind and phenomena is the power of the six elements, the root of all subtle and gross bindus, which is destroyed by the profound path of mantra, and is therefore the nature of the wisdom bindu. Or, the Vajra Acharya is the agent of expansion and contraction, appearing as the assembly of deities of the mandala, the arrangement of transformations.

In order to symbolize "I am the second Buddha," above are the practice and accomplishment of vows, namely the three outer tantras, and the nature of body, speech, and mind, the three inner tantras of yoga, namely all the deities of the six tantras, and the vidyadharas of India and Tibet who have attained accomplishment from these paths, abiding as guests, therefore abiding in the meaning of the word "gathering of inner practice vidyadharas" (301). After that, the meaning of invocation, praise, etc. is easy to understand, and writing is not enough. The mantra intention of the two, approach and accomplishment, is: First, in the distant approach, above the lotus sun and moon in the heart, etc., after the meaning is determined, initially, before the clear appearance of the deity has slightly arisen, there is no need to emit and gather light. In the clarity or radiance that has not been established in any dharmata, the illusion of appearance arises, and learn to manifest it as the wheel of the support and the supported. This is called clear appearance. In the state of unclearness, remembering the purity just mentioned, thereby purifying the fault of clinging to the deity as one's own continuum. In short, if the approach of the three, appearance, sound, and awareness, becoming ordinary is not enough. The clinging to appearance is perfected as the mudra of the deity's form, the appearance of sound is purified as the mantra of great bliss, and the memory and discrimination ripen into the clear light dharmakaya. Like this, the three, purification, perfection, and maturation, of one's own tradition are the great root of approach (302). Now, when the clear appearance of the deity arises, emit light from the very subtle mantra garland, and after offering to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, complete the accumulation of merit. The light gathers back and dissolves into oneself, thereby purifying the four obscurations, obtaining the four empowerments, contemplating the manifestation of the four kayas, and abiding in the meaning of dharmata, thereby completing the accumulation of wisdom. Like this, approaching the deity by relying on the two accumulations, blessing oneself is the first thing to do. Again, emit light, which strikes all sentient beings, thereby purifying the karma and habitual tendencies of the six realms and five poisons, purifying the clinging and discrimination of clinging to the vessel and essence as one's own continuum, like the sun melting the fog on the earth. Contemplate the vessel as the palace and the essence as the assembly of vidyadhara deities as pure. This arranges the auspicious coincidence of the activity of benefiting others, and combines with the spontaneous accomplishment of the two benefits. Like this, the vow not to abandon until this intention is realized in one's own continuum is finally completed (303).
