Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) the great tamer of beings, When I saw it like a magic trick, There are Guru's footprints on this rock. "We two are searching," he said, Both had the idea of searching, And thinking that he was the caretaker of that place, An old monk was sitting in the courtyard, He pointed it out with his finger. There were footprints about two cubits long, Very clear as if imprinted on mud. There, self-experience surged, with samadhi, The power of receiving the four empowerments, Is difficult to fathom with ordinary mind. The mind is scattered, bound by thoughts, Forcibly placed in the great liberation of no support. The false appearance of sleep dreams (26), Like a moon sinking into the inner space, Dissolves into the nature of inconceivable Madhyamaka. It did not scatter into non-attention, But entered the crystal-like vein, Transcending the bondage of sleep and ignorance, Like a butter lamp lit in a vase, The awareness of luminosity was not interrupted, Knowing the imperfections of samsara and nirvana, The mind is free from the clinging thoughts of subject and object, Seeing the pure land of the youthful vase body of emptiness. Although I have seen nine sights that I have never seen before, But I have not seen the pure land of spontaneously accomplished luminosity. The compassion of Father Padmasambhava is inconceivable, Obtained the great power of the wisdom of self-awareness. That is like merging into the sky again, Taking the example of the wisdom of insight, The light of emptiness burns more intensely, All phenomena are non-conceptual luminosity, Like an image in a mirror, Or like stars scattered in the ocean, There I saw a spectacle without clinging. Therefore, from the subtle conceptualization of luminosity, When the attachment to duality arises, The helmsman Potala of the beautiful realm, The doors and windows are inconceivable, And above it (27) the holy bodies in the sky, The body of light of blue lapis lazuli color, Not very bright and dazzling. The appearance is due to the clinging of subject and object to it, Becoming the cause of clinging to duality, The appearance of luminosity stops in its place. Like waking up from sleep for no reason, Being in the naked awareness of the present moment. Ema! By the blessing power of Lord Svayambhu Padmasambhava, I have seen the meaning of the basic emptiness of Dzogchen, In experience, like stone bones touching each other. Knowing the luminosity of Dzogchen, The tantras and corrections have been perfected. This is not the situation to be described here, But the dance of the Vidyadhara emanation that has not passed, Intent

Regarding the necessity of the tantras, if there are some wonderful things, in order to elicit the joy of definitive understanding, here I record the image of realization in writing. In general, although there are many ways to explain luminosity, this primordial inner space, which purifies the defilements of the alaya consciousness and surpasses the unspoken ground reality with six excellent characteristics, is known as the Youthful Vase Body. This, I (referring to the author) consider to be the unique intention of the profound Great Perfection (28) Heart Essence. Even so, the omniscient Longchenpa, inseparable from Samantabhadra, experienced it through the power of his wisdom and established it through the path of explanation. Therefore, these explanations are without error, as can be seen in any of his mind treasure treatises. For someone who has never been to the Thirty-Three Heavens, even if the reality there is explained in detail, they will only think, 'It's probably like that,' and will not develop definitive understanding beyond a general impression, and it will be difficult to visualize things as they are. Moreover, people of later generations will only follow the crowd and chase after fame, preferring to hear about seeing gods and demons rather than such great secrets. Therefore, here in the Land of Snows (referring to Tibet), although there appear to be many who consider themselves to have high realization and openly claim to practice day and night, few truly realize and experience this great liberation of inner space, and even fewer establish it through understanding. Furthermore, the appearance of the Dakini Yangtik (29) in the precious net of light: tomorrow at dawn, when the lama is asleep, his mind merges into luminosity. Upwards is the appearance of primordial purity, in the middle is the assembly of the Sambhogakaya, and downwards is the way the six realms appear. Hearing various sounds, the mind knows them, and they appear without being coarse or subtle. In that instant, the continuity of thoughts and thinking ceases, and one merges into the appearance of red and blue, like fainting. After a while, the yogini will surely come and say: 'That earlier one was the introduction to the original, primordial purity, the way inner light merges into the path, the introduction to being in a state of fainting.' Fainting means fainting in the state of dharmata, so it needs to be awakened. Afterwards is the way the Nirmanakaya appears outwards, and the way delusion gradually appears, which is the introduction to appearing in its own nature. Thus, the saying and the meaning are inseparable.
