It is permissible. When related to empowerment practices, the vase of the Victorious Mother is placed in the east, the head ornament in the south, the vajra in the west, and the bell in the north, in accordance with the deity's position. The vase for all activities and other items should also be prepared according to the empowerment manual (1879). If one has the ten wrathful deities' phurbas to surround the mandala, they should be empowered with mantras to enhance their power and placed on phurba stands. Furthermore, to sever the net of existence, four swords are placed in the four directions. To completely cut off ignorance with the four wisdoms, four items including arrows, banners, and mirrors are placed in the four corners, connected by five-colored threads symbolizing the five families and five wisdoms. Adorned and beautifully arranged with parasols, victory banners, streamers, silk five-colored banners, and other decorations. Starting from the east gate of the offerings, the five sensory pleasures, led by the two waters, and other common five offerings, as well as inner offerings such as sense-organ flowers. The torma is adorned with flesh and blood, medicine compounded from eight thousand ingredients, the heart blood of heroes, and thirty-five types of blood that meet the standards, such as red lotus blood, which are the inner samaya substances of the unsurpassed secret mantra. And the gabu or crescent moon, which is the nectar of secret bliss-emptiness wisdom. In addition, the tormas for dakinis and dharma protectors, and whatever outer and inner offerings are available, are arranged cleanly and purely around the perimeter, beautifully and elaborately displayed. Secondly, regarding the order of refuge and offering, there are three parts. First, regarding placing the practitioners in their positions: Starting from the east gate of the mandala where Vajra (880) King resides in the center, there are Vajra King's retinue, Vajra Worker who is upright in activity, the Twin Vajra Kila Guardian who obstructs and subdues obstacles, the Warm-Holding Vajra Eye who holds warmth at the time of accomplishment and obstacles, the Time-Holding Vajra Time-Keeper who holds the time of combining activities, the Warm-Holding Vajra Fully-Handed who holds the warmth of inner and outer action activities, and so on. The dharma brothers and sisters who are invited to participate in the great practice, starting from the Vajra Master, respectfully take their seats on the cushions in order, purify their minds through the common preliminary practices, and engage in the ritual with elaboration. Another support for the Vajrayana vows is the blessing of the vajra bell: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 吽), great vajra of blazing wisdom, wrathful
